These reviews seem a touch skewed in the direction of disgruntles customers, but I am here to assure you that this is just as good as all other Dominos in the rest of the state. I order from here monthly at the least for both pickup and delivery. Not once have I been let down. Sure, theres better pizza in Hillsborough, but this is Dominos and sometimes thats just what you need. Five stars, fast service and drama-free.
I have had the worst experience with this place. They burnt my food and gave me the least amount of pasta and spinach. Explained to him on the phone I wanted chicken and bacon and didn't get it, I do understand it was slightly my error online but the gentleman knew what I wanted and the place was not busy and there were no customers.
Ordered chicken wings and they were RAW. Tried calling and waited 15 minutes before I gave up. No one seems to answer the phone at this location. Also I waited 30 minutes before employees gave me the time of day. No one was working at the front register. I had to cook my wings in my air fryer. Worst Dominos experience ever. Never again ?While I was picking up, the other people picking up, there were 5-6 of us. They all got the wrong orders, but there excuse was they ran out of ingredients. You should’ve called the customer, that’s basic customer service skills.I feel bad for the employees working here, very understaffed and manager/owner (he had a beard) was just sitting in the back the whole time not helping his employees. I blame horrible management, can’t blame the employees, they were working hard.
I'd give them a zero if I could. Although the manager Aygon was polite. It took almost 3 hours for our food to arrive. I wanted a refund and he said my order is out for delivery and almost an hour later it was still on the way. I called back for him to contact the driver to return my food for a full refund, he tells me when the driver gets here to tell him bring the food back... why would I wait for the food FINALLY arrive to then send it back. I've had issues with this location since living in this area. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN! save your money and order elsewhere.By the way I ordered online at 8:29 and as I am writing this I STILL have received my order and its 10:50pm. Just order elsewhere.
Same type of experience as other posts. If 0 were a choice I would have chosen it.Ordered at 5:50. Quality check at 6:05. Called at 6:48 because it had not arrived. Was told it was out but driver had other stops. 6:55 message it left the store (so I was lied to or the people in the store can't do their job). Finally arrived at 7:25.Ordering experience was bad - called and they hung up. called back and waited for answer - finally told me it was out for delivery which was wrong.Delivery not punctual.Don't know if Christopher baked to perfection - after an hour + after being baked then delivered - it was not good. Start with mediocre pizza and let it sit for 90 minutes...how could it be good? It is not worth ordering from here.
I had ordered online for car side delivery arrived there 5 mins after my order was supposed to be ready and it took them almost 2 hours after the expected time for my pizza to be ready. This is now the 2nd time this has happened so I will not be coming back to this one again which is sad because it’s just 5 mins from my home.
Called corporate for poor response, poor service, poor management. Ordered at 7pm did not arrive at 744pm as written. No biggie. Called at 815pm. "Delivery problem, any minute now" 850pm pizza shows up, cold. Driver said they forgot it on top of the oven heres a free sprite. Called back respectively to ask for my money back. Was put on hold for manager. 30 seconds later someone picked up and hung up. Not the 1st time thats happened to me there. I called back, someone picked up and immediately put me on hold. I stayed for 8+ min. before hanging up and contacting corporate. Needs new management and customer care education. Never again.
If I could give zero stars I would, ordered two pies one for wife and I one for kids both super burned order this at 1030pm store closes at 12am at 1140pm ordered said delivered/complete I called 5 times no one picked up got in my car at 1155 and drove to store at I’m about to get to store my wife calls at 1210am saying the guy just delivered the pizza absolutely horrible just horrible kids couldn’t take one bite of pizza and neither could we they don’t even pick up the phone just ridiculous..
Its a complete mess! Worst, better not to order!The pizza guys are rude, disgusting behavior, deliberately insults customers.Most Importantly- no similarity in Order status in App with the actual. In your app, it says order complete, when you head the store, they say you need to wait for one hour.I will never ever order from here again, this store is a sham
Had curbside pickup. Waited 40 mins till scheduled time but still no one came out to deliver to car even though status says the pizza was ready. Domino's website asked to call store but called multiple times, and after 5-6 mins hold, they disconnected. I could see the store manager disconnecting calls from outside. Had no other option than to go in and wait, again dialled to see what she would do, she just disconnected the call.Why go for curbside? As I want to avoid people. But only option was to go in, and none of the staff, I mean no one was wearing a mask. No one. Pathetic.
