The best lunch special in Hillsborough. The General Tso Chicken was perfect. And the egg drop soup tasted so good. The chips that came with the soup were also delicious and one of a kind worth it in of itself.

Chang's food is very good, we have never a food item we didn't like. We place our orders online and have no issues with getting the correct meal or having it be ready in a timely manner. If you enjoy Chinese food, give Chang's a try. You won't be disappointed!
Just started using this place. Have never had a bad meal choice. Food isnt greasy and portions are large. Delivery is much quicker then it says.
