LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE! Can not express it enough. The food is delicious, the environment is warm, welcoming and the employees there have always been professional and courteous; while providing great service. With the fresh produce and authentic homemade Italian food you really feel like you're in Italy! I also love the fact that it's BYOB, makes it convenient that I can bring my favorite bottle of wine to have with a delicious meal.
High quality deliciousness. Best calamari we’ve ever had. Got the classico panini w/ tomato & dolce e peccante pizza. Nick was awesome! 10/10 recommend.
Overall the food was excellent. Only issue was the pizza was to blackened/burnt. They say that’s generally the way they make it but it’s not healthy and can be done without being this charred. Anyways the mozzarella with tomato dish was good the octopus was good.
A great place for a family gathering or romantic dinner. Service is great! And the food is absolutely delicious. Grab a bottle of your favorite wine and make a date.
Ama pizza is absolutely delicious and I had such an amazing experience. the staff was so nice and the atmosphere was delightful. we sat in the shaded out door area and they have netting all around to keep out bugs and had AC to keep the are cool. Amazing time and again the pizza was very good!! would definitely recommend, and is a place I will absolutely be going back to!
Got some bread and olive oil. Bread was good, but olive oil was completely plain oil, no seasonings. And there was no salt and pepper on the table to add your own. We started with the Arancini, or rice balls. They were both delicious and the sauce was so good. And I loved that they remained crispy. We decided to order two things and share and I’m so glad we did because we both got to try a pasta and a pizza. We had the short rib pasta. I wasn’t expecting it to be in a white sauce, but let me tell you it was absolutely delicious. The pasta was al dente and cooked perfectly. We also ordered the pizza with the spicy salami and hot honey which was amazing. The pizza dough is light and delicious. Loved the taste of the char on it. The spicy salami was fabulous and all the ingredients made this pizza amazing. Then we had mint chip gelato and tiramisu. We loved absolutely everything! We are definitely coming back to try more! The outdoor area looks so inviting. They would’ve gotten 5 stars but lost one because of the olive oil with the bread and also because our waiter was so crazy busy that he left us unattended for way too long. Even though we were relaxing and enjoying ourselves, it took a long time to get takeout boxes and to order dessert. But overall, this place is a winner and you need to try. Byo and make a reservation!
Food is awesome! Staff is so incredibly friendly. Love eating here. Never disappointed. Everything we have ordered has been amazing! Owner is so nice too. Sitting at the bar eating, watching everyone working so hard, watching owner make fresh Italian cookies, (I may have been drooling watching him iced them) he handed me one. So sweet of him, sooooo good! Reminded me of how my grandmother used to make them but better. I love eating here. Definitely worth the trip.
Really great experience at AMA. Friendly, efficient service despite them being super busy, food was amazing. Salad was fresh and flavorful, pizza was great- crust cooked well, and the mozzarella was delicious- it is fresh from Italy and you can taste the difference. Couldnt resist the cream puffs , which were homemade and worth the extra calories to top off a great meal.
We had the most fantastic meal we've had in a long time! My eggplant Parmesan and the Margarita Pizza were prepared beyond my wildest imagination. We will make sure to frequent AMA as many times as we can!
The best pizza we've discovered - all pizza selections are a win. The calamari starter is also quite nice, as are the salads. The atmosphere is low key and warm and inviting.
