Been coming here almost 20 years and the pizza has never changed. I'll drive an hour on a monday just to get their large plain special. Some of the best pizza in the world. And affordable too.
Long time customer here. Food is good but "Paul" needs to work on his customer service skills instead of just hanging up the phone 3 times. Paul, you need to understand that your job requires you to be amicable with customers. If you are unable to do so, please talk to the owner. At the end of the day, the business suffers the consequences of your inability to provide quality customer service. Like I said, the food is outstanding, but "Paul's" feeling of supremacy and eminence over customers, is truly hurting Alfonso's potential.
Food has been really disappointing the last few times we've ordered here. The flavor is really lacking. The garlic knots got disappointing in the last year. More garlic juice!!!
Classic thin crust pizza. The sauce is phenomenal. Nothing fancy or trendy - the place to go if you just want a great pizza at a reasonable price.
I’ve been coming here for 30yrs and this place has delicious pizza and dinners at very fair prices ! The Sunday sauce is awesome!!
I order from alfonsos alot, always great food and always great customer service from paul. But last night the cooks put absolutely no love into this chicken cheesesteak. Where is the chicken cheesesteak ? Lol
Food was beyond bad. On saturday Feb 19 we ordered over 8 different dishes and all of them were bad. Won't be ordering from them again
Ordered the chicken Nonna and i was very disappointed. The chicken was tough, and not there wasn't much flavor to the dish. Also had the fried calamari, the pieces were so tough it was like chewing on rubber. Not good.
Food was excellent. Service not even close! Went to get my order ( that I had called in the day before) at the pick up time they agreed to and was STILL made me wait 30 minutes. Hopefully they can learn to respect a paying customers time.
I ordered 14” meatball parmigiana and I got this. I ordered eggplant parmigiana and got mostly bread! Where is the love in this?!? So disappointed! We order from them almost weekly! Maybe it’s time to consider another Italian place. With so much competition in the area you need to step it up Alfonso’s. I know it’s a busy night but don’t get sloppy!
