Charge an extra dollar for jalapenos and other topping. I don't mind paying extra but a dollars for a couple pieces also the hair I found in my food! I will not be coming here again. Other options in the mall will be getting my business
Food isn't that great and you get charged a lot for not that much. My boyfriend and I won't be back again.

I wish there was a -0 button. The staff are incredibly nice but the burger meat has changed. It probably wasn't the best to begin with but at least you didn't know or rather taste it. The meat is clearly processed in a very bad way. I won't be going back.
Excellent food. Fries are nice, golden, and crispy. Burgers are juicy and delicious. Service is friendly and I like how they let u watch them cook.

Terrible service. Wasn’t satisfied at all. I asked for a double bacon cheeseburger and literally got 2small pieces of bacon. I asked for more and they tried charging me more.
went to get a burger they had on tv for a deal .Told Not after not Friday sat sun. No holidays .Forget this to many restrictions
My wife and I have eaten here mamy times.Used to be a quick and filling stop on the way to the shore. Last night was anything but.Trying to get to the salad bar,which has gotten worse,was met by staff filling wilted items with more brown letuce and soggy tomatoes.Dinner came out and was about half what it used to be. Dry chicken and tough steak. Time to pay and I had a $5.00 coupon from Ruby Tuesday that was not allowed to be used.Manager and server had to get together to get their story straight. Paid our check and tip and left. I can see why Ruby Tuesday is closing their outlets. I know we will never return. This is what happens when you have people running your business who should not be working around the public.Time to close another unit.
