Went here as a request for my son's birthday. Menu prices are very high. Depending on what you order the food is mediocre to just okay. It was karaoke night also, which did not help matters. Waiter was attentive at times but lacked consistency. Will not be returning.
The service here was terrible. It started from the hostess. We were seated and didn't get a waitress to tend to us for at least thirty minutes. It took almost an hour to get our food. Note, we only ordered appetizers since it was late. The food was luke warm when we got it. Several tables around us were dirty. We were told they were short staffed and the kitchen was behind in getting orders out. This was an evening of Hamilton Township three high school graduations. As an establishment serving the area you should be aware and prepared to handle this type of influx of customers on evening like these.
It was great, the waiter was patient and made sure that he understood our order and my friend and the waiter gained up against me
The server was polite but food suck, I ordered mashed potatoes and 6 oz steak with broccoli it had no taste ? it looked like a Barbie meal, anyway I’ll never go back to that asylum.
Went here on a Friday and was charged 11 dollars for a single shot of Jameson?? Is this a mistake? With inflation the last thing people need is being corporate chains robbing from them. I learned my lesson—won’t be returning.
First I just had a baby and it's cold outside. I ordered curbside and day outside over 40 mins I called they said the curbside person was not working they were fine bring out. 16 people came in and was seated within 2 seconds I finally had to take my new baby out the car inside to get my refund. Than they all got different stories and was unable to give me confirmation of my refund after the girl just said you get a email lol. I will never come tf back the kicker was the inside was not even crowded than Zack the manager was unprofessional ! Never again
Great food and great service. Manager was very nice and helpful when doing table table touches. We had a new kid that was 2 days in and her was very nice and helpful.
I went to pick up an Uber Eats order and stood there for over 10 minutes while the waitress looked at me several times and ignored me. The bartender couldn't take 3 seconds away from talking to someone to even look in the direction of me and another customer.
Although short staffed, our waitress, the manager, everyone pitched in. Superb service and food was great. Great job!
We came here for a last minute dinner. The drinks and appetizers came out quickly. The garlic parmesan wings didn't have much garlic or parmesan on them. The salmon entree took a while to come out but a manager came out to apologize and explain the delay. There wasn't much bacon on the bacon cheeseburger. The waitress kindly brought us out some more once I pointed it out. The staff were all nice. The drinks were tasty. I would come back again in the future.
