Hit or miss. I went a few weeks ago and it was excellent. I went tonight and the steak was over cooked the first time, undercooked the second, and just overall not great flavor. Staff was nice but the girls in the front couldn’t be bothered to greet us when we walked in- we clearly interrupted gossip section. Manager was great and attentive with the steak issue.Host stand needs some training for sure.Overall 3 stars for my combined visits. 1 star for tonight.
Medium-rare steak was so overcooked my son couldn't eat it. Unfortunately our server was MIA for the duration of our meal so we couldn't get a properly cooked steak. I won't visit this location again.
The waiter was kind and efficient its well sadly a chain restaurant that started out ok but now the food each and every time (three in total) is held under warm lights that by the time it arrives at the table the steak is barely warm, side dishes are hit or miss and than the manager does the "fly" bye " is everything ok" as they are walking by the table. It's not bad it's definitely not great3 peopleDinner ttl 90.00
1st time I've been 2 a Texas roadhouse! I had a nys steak, it was good but a lil grisly in bites. The fried pickles and bread were delicious and my beer on tap was Ice ! Will eat here again! An Illinois visiter
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My son wanted to go here for his birthday dinner. I told the girl at the counter that it was his birthday and she said she would let the sever know which she didn’t do. The girl that sat us (we had a party of 8) never brought the rolls/bread with her for our table. Our waitress, Alex, brought our drinks after about 15 minutes and still no rolls. After about 20 minutes Alex came and took the food orders and finally brought our rolls after we asked for them. Not once did Alex come and ask if our food came out okay and if there was anything she could get for us. She seemed as if she didn’t care if she was there or not. The food and drinks were good. A manager didn’t even stop by to see how things were. I may give it another try in a few weeks to see if there is any improvement. If not, I’m done with Texas Roadhouse. Very disappointed!!!!!
My son and I stopped in after his spring recital at school last night. I am also a server and bartender so I appreciate good service. Our waitress Jessica was amazing. I really hope that’s her name I was so tired I spaced out to be honest lol. She has been with them for 10 years and went to Rutgers I remember that lol so If it’s not her name I want her to get the recognition she deserves. It honestly the best having a good server wait on you when you’re in the industry because going out to eat is precious to me as I’m always, always working. My son and I have never eaten at this one before it’s been probably over 10 years since I’ve eaten at one in general and we will definitely be back. I was hesitant because in general I’m not a fan of chain restaurants but the food was good. Prices were reasonable for the quality of food we got. But our server was a gem. She made our night.

Texas Roadhouse is the best! From the staff to their delicious food!Location: It is located in Hamilton NJ. Lot of seatings inside. As always it is busy!! Call ahead for reservation!Service: The staff is always nice in all locations.Food: First of all the FREE BREAD and PEANUTS is the best!! Breads are freshly baked and when it comes it is hot and comes with sweet butter which match it perfectly! Bucket of peanuts is served while you wait for your order! BONE IN RIBEYE: so delicious! Juicy and please make it medium well. Sides are amazing too my faves are BUTTERED CORN and STEAMED VEGETABLES! BBQ RIBS: the meat pulls out of the bone! The sauce is delicious. COMBO GRILLED CHICKEN and 6 oz SIRLOIN: this is perfect for me! Cause I can eat both with a small portion, plus I ended up having to take it home. BAKED SALMON: taste fresh and not that much seasoning so you can actually taste the salmon! CACTUS BLOSSOM: omg this is my favorite here, so crunchy and good!Price rating: 6/10, not bad for amount of food and deliciousness you get!OMG I will definitely go back here for the free bread! They are soo good! Buy Cactus Blossom!
Always enjoyed the food,atmosphere and the bartenders! From the moment we sat down till we left, everything was the best!!
