very crowded for a Saturday night. it took a bit of time for the waiter to come back around to us, but the place is somewhat understaffed and the waiter was super nice and helpful, so i didn't have an issue. however, whenever we were brought our food, some of it ended up being messed up and even had things on it that weren't supposed to. they had made my dad's burger wrong and told the waiter who was super confused because it wasn't supposed to have onions and had it remade. he ended up getting some fries while he waited and got some more when the burger came out right. usually it's not that busy when i go and they always get their food right, but they were packed and swamped. other than that, it's a nice place to go. even though the burger was made wrong, the burgers are still amazing.
Everything was better than expected. It was 7 of us we were all satisfied. Fresh food clean establishment great service

When you hire kids to run the front and all they do is play and goof around is not okay. I called stated I’m in the curbside parking spoke to three people who could not comprehend what I said. After the third one they stated my food would be right out. 25 minutes I go inside to read that all order were picked up at the front. While your watching the employees playing around. I get into my car order is missing items, no napkins no fork nothing. I go back in for the missing items which was a Caesar salad they gave me a garden. At this point it’s completely annoying to have to deal stupidity. You shouldn’t have to babysit your staff to do there job obviously you do at this place.
Good burgers/sandwiches. The bottomless options are great. Do have to ask for refills on the sides and drinks. Service was okay. Asked for a drink to go and they forgot, and waited to get it and was told that we were ready to go.. Least the food, drinks, and milkshake were good. Kid friendly with activity menu and easy choices.
Steve was great. The sandwiches were the best representation of Red Robin I have seen in 3 States. Definitely a must-visit restaurant.
If I'm in the mood for a burger, Red Robin it is! Like that they have several vegetarian options. Either the beyond burger or house veggie burger. Best Maui Tai in the mainland!
