good food, good server nice ?
Poor experience ever took my mother there after shopping. And it was the worst ever. I ordered Shrimp scampi and the shrimp was so little you needed a Magnifying glass to see the shrimp. They where so small I said never ever in my life will I go back again. My mother ordered steak and lobster her food was ok. They really need to step up They game.
Best Red Lobster food experience that I can remember. Really enjoy the new bacon mac & cheese side item. Drinks were mixed perfectly and the food cooked just the way it should be.
Best Red Lobster I've ever been to. I stopped in for lunch with my parents and in laws. We were greeted by Jose, the restaurant manager I believe. He was kind, fast, and super helpful. I feel like I only asked for what food I wanted, he made sure we had everything. The food was amazing. Well cooked, and fresh. I don't usually experience this at RL, but this one is special. Drop by and check it out. I had the ultimate feast and a long Island ice tea.
Surf n Turf for two, all for me!!! My lil one got the same thing!!! Wifey got the Snow Crab Legs!!! The experience was great, waitress was amazing will be back soon!!
very nice dinner out for family celebration
Unusually poor experience. Sat us at a dirty table. No staff approached our table for over 12 minutes. Went to the front desk and they said staff would be over. 5 more minutes of being ignored and we left. We have previously had great experience. It was after 8 pm on Saturday but not on a holiday.
The food was amazing! The waiter even better. Personable and professional. Hard combo to come by thes days (with reason), but this waiter is definitely a keeper give him and all excellent staff a raise!
Waitress was nice and apologetic, but the kitchen was extremely slow and food was okay. We ordered our entrée as soon as we were seated but waited 45 minutes for a meal.
My husband and I have visited this Red Lobster for years. For many years now we have said never again but keep giving it another try. We are so glad we did because last night blew us away! The service was impeccable especially from our waiter Juan. The food was hot, plentiful and and very tasty. The best Red Lobster food we have ever had. The restaurant was clean and warm on a very cold night. Now the interior could us a major renovation, but whatever the management is doing now more than makes up for that. Congratulations
