Gross. Zero stars. Employees were moving and handling old furniture that was left near the store. They came back in and one went straight to the back handling food. Did not even put gloves on. I spoke up and got yelled at because supposedly one of them washed his hands.That's so messed up. Serving food with unclean hands and no gloves. Way to show love to the community who blesses you with their business.
Very disappointed! We have been going here for years, then stopped because of Covid. Thought we'd try again. Their chicken and coating was always light, sweet, juicy and crunchy. This visit, chicken tasted different, coating was dark, greasy and tasteless. Fries were undercooked, Cajun rice was dark and tasted different than usual, hardly any gravy on mashed potatoes. Thought we would try crispy chicken sandwich..not crispy at all and greasy (Burger Kings crispy chicken is much better). Only thing that remained the same was the biscuits! We always liked Popeyes because they were better than the usual fast food joints. Unfortunately, this is what they have become ?. Probably won't be returning.
There is always an issue with every single order. They don't even butter the biscuits... They close extra early, run out of chicken, and some staff are terrible, not all, but some. So if you get good food, you're lucky.
Gross. Oily food, chicken, fries, and biscuit. Service was normal, water on drink countertops, and disgusting mac and cheese! I like popeyes but I would never go to this one again!
They are charging for the honey mustard sauce even the one that they are supposed to give with the tenders

Didn’t have what I ordered so they took my money and gave me something completely different and never told me??I totally understand being out of whatever but just tell me and I’ll go somewhere else ?♀️
Customer service representatives need training. They speak in their language in front of customers talking about them. Some people want there food a certain way. Get people who want to work.
This store's Chicken Sandwich was fast, fresh, hot and delicious. There was pickle and sauce in every bite. Chicken was properly seasoned, moist on the inside and crispy outside. Service was excellent. Thank you!
Worst Popeyes branch. The manager, the chunky pollo cashier, are not capable of fulfulling orders at all as they mess it up all the time. The unwelcomingfaced fluby cashier is generally hostile towards customers, and dirty, saw wipe nose and touched my order. Does not even wear a mask. Looks like ate a lot of chickens.
