The order was really really ? and employees don't care about the right food for a customer and that is really sad.
Ordered the new fish sandwich The not spicy one. I was given the spicy one horrible horrible horrible.
Almost everything was correct with my order this time, except for my mashed potatoes which was only half full. 12/14/2021
Chicken tenders were light and crispy. Not heavily battered or greasy. Really better than ever. They missed giving me my hottee sauce and the line was too long to go back in it and the inside closed due to lack of help.
Order the three piece tender meal. Got home opened the box and found out the tenders were the size of nuggets. $11 for three small pieces of chicken, a biscuit small side and small soda. I don't go there often but this is definitely my last time as a patron of popeyes.
The chicken was a little hard and dry. The person who took my money and the food placed in the bag was done by the same person. There aren't apparently enough staff to handle the crowds. This isn't/wasn't my first trip to this Popeyes in Mays Landing. There needs to be an overhaul in how food is cooked and delivered. Headgear/gloves/masks should always be worn by staff (properly). All I can say is OSHA!
The food is Usually Always good/Hot , But the Customer service *friendliness * Is lacking :( a simple have a nice day when they hand you your order does go a long way.
Hot trash chicken buried in breading. The bone-in stuff is greasy as hell, the boneless so heavily breaded that it's more salt crunch than bird meat. Do yourself a favor and go to Royal Farms instead.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY REPULSIVE!!! RATS FROM ONE END TO THE OTHER AND YOU ALLOW PEOPLE TO EAT THAT RAT INFESTED FOOD!!
Had the chicken nuggets there they were ok. But when I picked up the food from the drive thru u could see n inside n that place was dirty n not organized at all they need to do a major clean up. N after I ate the nuggets now my stomach us killing me. Hope there stuff was clean
