The customer service was great. First Pizza Hut I've been to with ah drive thru and that was pretty cool! I would recommend visiting this Pizza Hut while in Jersey!
Never again. I’m so angry right now, I should take a minute before I write this. It was cold, flat, under cooked, the crust was dry and there was hardly any sauce. The girl at the pick up window does not belong in customer service. Find a different job, preferably where there’s no human interaction.I tried to call and tell them but I kept getting routed to the call center and every time they transferred me back to the local store and was disconnected every time. This happened about six times before I gave up. But I guess none of this really matters because I’m not going back there again.
One of the worst service I had experienced recently. The pizza ordered for a kid allergic to any milk product was for medium veggie lovers with no cheese. The pizza delivered was with cheese, imagine one single kid in the party sitting without food and we trying to find food he can have. On calling the customer support, first time the call was disconnected with no call back from the store. Calling again connected to a store rep and the response was a snap back saying we will refund the cost of medium pizza. Not a minimal effort to make it correct or even an apology. Very DISAPPOINTING from a brand name like PizzaHut.

The people working here did their best, it was clearly understaffed and all 2 of the people working behind the counter were clearly overworked and unhappy. Despite this I believe I was given the best service they were able to provide, they did make a mistake on my pizza but the fixed it ASAP without fuss and we're totally kind and understanding about itHoping things get better for them soon, seems like a bad place to work :/
ordered 3 pizzas none of them had any sauce in them. also ordered cheesestick and was given regular bread sticks instead. quality is definitely down and their employees keep messing up the orders.
Ordered food at 7:53pm to be delivered. Delivery time was 50-60 minutes. Had my son call to see where our order was after 1 hr 15 minutes because tracker looked frozen. They hang up on him. I call and they say give it 20 minutes and call us back if you don’t get it. 1 hours 47 minutes food showed up cold as ice. Call Pizza Hut they said can’t you just heat it up? Customer(Me): Excuse me? PH: You have a microwave? Customer(me): Asked for a manager and got hung up on. I call back no answer! - Son calls door dash and advise them of the situation. They keep trying to call Pizza Hut no one is answering for them either. Totally unprofessional and ridiculous that someone would speak to anyone like that.
Can't give less than this how unfortunate.Ordered Cajun style chicken along with fries. Wow the awful smell or the chicken was so ugly that it made us vomit . We literally vomited and we dumped it in dustbin. The odor was so so unpleasant and strong that it went into other compartments of the kitchen, not sure though how it happened. The fries they re-heated I guess. I guess people are paying a lot to get nice food and to make their day awesome. But these folks and people or whatever you call them are making fool out of people like us. They must re-organise and hire new authentic folks to serve people.
One of pizzas came with jalapeños instead of pineapple. I don't mind the kick but the person I was sharing the pizza with cannot do spicy. I called and they gave us credit for the pizza. Ingredients were fresh and pizza hot temperature.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an order for delivery at 6:15, they told me it would arrive by 7:45. It’s 9:30 and it still hasn’t come. Tried calling the restaurant and can’t even speak to anyone regarding my order as they just proceeded to put me on hold for over 10 minutes
