This store gets worse by the minute, not even the day! Busy Sunday morning, there are only two self-checkout registers. Used to be four but they took two away. People are lined up to use the registers. Two people along with myself walked out because the wait was too long to place an order. Being in the restaurant business myself I know this place must be losing BIG money by their foolish business practices. Oh well!
I don’t know what happened but this location has drastically improved from a few months ago!! Last time I was here I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order… today I sat down and my buzzer went off. Staff if very nice and helpful food is great and service is back to the Panera standard. Highly recommend this location!!
Ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwich and it was gross...I could not even finished it. Had to toss it. The greens in the salad were soiled and tasted like fungus! Left a burnt aftertaste that wouldn't leave!
They literally never get my order right. I order lunch for work here about once a week but not anymore.
So we would like to thank Manager Matt for his exceptional service ? ? we made some ordering mistakes an he was very eager to help fix the mix up. Me and my kids enjoyed are food an will definitely return ? Thanks Matt and host of panera.
Ate here for breakfast. The locations on west coast have different system from these locations in NJ. You order but you don't go up to the counter to pick up your order. They bring it to you? Was a little confusing at first. Layout of the store is very nice with plenty of outlets. I like to come here to work on my laptop and Wifi was decent.
This place is ok. The customer service at this location isn’t very good. My simple order was messed up and also had missing items from my order. I left and when I noticed I came back and brought it to the employees attention and they didn’t believe me. I felt embarrassed they thought I was lying so I just left and didn’t bring back everyone’s order correctly and got everyone upset with me. The food that I did get was good, except the bread was stale. This location isn’t as good as others I have been to.
I ordered a dark roast coffee and pecan pastry. All great tast and fresh pastry?. Place looks clean and hygenic, nice ambiance and kind and quick service!
I ordered everything was fine waited & got my food the man that was checking bags. went inside my bag to see if I had everything but he had on no gloves with the pandemic & other diseases floating around you have to be very careful
This is how my Fuji apple salad and Napa almond chicken salad sandwich arrived. Salad is completely wrong, no idea what this even is, it’s not even on their menu. Looks like some lettuce and a pepper? Chicken salad has practically nothing on it. When I called the store and spoke to the manager she said “sorry about that, have a good day” and hung up. Needless to say will never be ordering from this Panera again, absolutely ridiculous.
