The food was good. The drive-thru and online order pick-up are in the same window. In other words, you have to go through the drive-thru to the pick-up window to pick up your online order ??????. There should be a separate line for online pickup orders. They only gave 1 packet of utensils and no plates for 3 people ???????. The order wasn't ready when we arrived ??????. There was only one staff person working there ?????.
If I could give a zero star I would!! The most UNPROFESSIONAL management I’ve dealt with! Came to order my food and seen 3 people walking up to a DRIVE THRU! Went around and ask them if they took their order since myself and another car behind was waiting for like 5 mins before I finally decided to pull up towards the window and try to place an order! The associate at the window told me that its not allowed but then refers me to go to the back of the line to place an order! So I went home and immediately called corporate and they will be getting a nice little visit in the upcoming days! Never again will I come and order food from the them
This is about the Hamilton area location. The staff is severely understaffed the woman taking our order not only took our order but also had to take the order from the head said that she was wearing. Because of that I will order was messed up and we were not happy. This also took a very very long time. We were three people and each other orders were interrupted by orders coming in through the headset. And the order was wrong. The company needs to take care of their staff and not stress them out the way that they are now.
This place in hamilton was great when they opened, now it sucks but look what works there, they look high they locked their customers out and wouldn't open the door.Tge cooking is disgusting everything's burnt then they close the drive thru for NO reason and tell you to come back laterI hope corporate sees this review
The worst Panda Express experience I’ve ever been through. Walked in about 5:40pm May 8, 2022 and about half the menu was prepared and nothing else. I asked if they could make Sweet Fire chicken and fresh veggies and the employee just shook her head “no”. A few more families walked in after us and asked for brown rice and again, the employee just shook her head no. Couldn’t use basic customer service and respond with words or give a simple explanation. Everyone was confused as to why there was hardly any food and WHY they wouldn’t make more food…. At this point there are about 20 people waiting to be served in the lobby. NO ONE was cooking and every single employee (about 8 of them) were just staring at all of us customers, slopping old lukewarm food into a container. I ordered food I didn’t even want because I was hungry and was there with the rest of my family. I was charged full price for a plate even though I didn’t get a side because there were no veggies. And at one point an irate customer came in upset about his food and spoke to what seemed to be a lost and confused employee about his issues. Just watching the employees not do a single thing to help their situation was jaw dropping. Either management is severely lacking in this establishment or we’re all just screwed. We overheard a few of the employees say the cook just left. Will literally never come here again and I hope at the very least the employees learn basic initiative in the workforce. That alone would have helped them tremendously. It was like watching a bunch of 15 year olds not know what to do. Even if you can’t cook, speaking to the patrons about why there’s little food and acknowledging concerns is a step in the correct direction.
Not having something on the menu at dinner is a disappointment I can always get something else but if I am buying my food from you I expect a Thank you because at the end of the day your company needs the customers and its not the other way around.Put someone at the window with a better personality next time.
I ordered broccoli beef and rice. The broccoli was raw, and the BEEF was all fat. A waste of time and twice the money being I had to pay for gas
Definitely not my idea of Asian cuisine. Food is overprocessed, dry without flavor. Chicken was chewy and noodles were stiff. Will skip this restaurant.
Overall good. Just a side note: The Crab Rangoon May not always be there. If you’re lucky you’d might snag a pack.
