Went here about a year ago and ordered again today. The quality has gone way downhill and they have cutback the portion sizes but still charge the same. Two tacos here equate to one medium taco from other Mexican restaurants.
I’ve been a longtime customer at this location. Sometimes I have ordered here weekly. I placed an order through the app for something they no longer had. No one made me aware of this. They just took it upon themselves to substitute and fill the order then charge me the price for the originally ordered item. The first person I talked to hung up on me. The second person denied being able to help bc he claimed that it wasn’t his problem to address app mistakes bc “he runs a business not an app”. Both were very rude, did not listen, and talked over me for the duration of the phone call. No customer service or problem solving skills at all. They didn’t even ask me what I wanted. Just defensiveness. They will never get a penny more out of me. I’ve been coming there for years and the management staff (other staff is great) doesn’t greet you, smile, make small talk, or attempt to be friendly so this was just the icing on the cake.
The worst Mexican place I ever ordered from. The quesadilla was literally just mushy bread with nothing in it. The burrito bowl was just rice with hardly any other ingredient. Absolute robbers…save your money.
Absolutely terrible. Guy working register was very unpleasant and stingy with anything you ask for in your bowl or burrito. Tries to charge you extra for everything. Never been to a pacheros before, and never coming back to this one after that.Edit: If you want better food, portions, prices, and service, just get TacoRito. It's locally owned and just up the road from here. Wish I'd have just gone there instead.
Great place to eat, food is delicious and staff is courteous. A must if you like tasty Spanish food.
No…. Just no. Food poisoning plus rude employees. Not worth it at all. Even besides those two things, my burrito was soooo soggy and their queso was the consistency of water .

Food was good. I used mobile ordering and food was ready when I got there. Staff was friendly. Serving size was a smaller than expected.
Absolutely terrible. I took my wife here last night and we got there at 8:30. Online it says it closes at 9 and on the store it says 9:30. But guess what? The lights were off, the doors were locked, and the workers were running out to their cars, at EIGHT THIRTY. I’m very disappointed because I love the food. Here’s an idea for the owner: handcuff the workers to their stations until the place actually closes. Unbelievable.
Woman was very rude and told me I couldn’t get my reward points because the machine was broken. She had a child working the register and dismissed me because her receipt printer wasn’t working. Never got a receipt and both my burritos were ripped when I opened them.
