This Moe’s is nothing like it was years ago. Every time I go there’s something new wrong. Food quality has gone down along with their presentation to customers. The line was dirty with dried sour cream that has probably been there for the past 4 hours and the soda machine has clumps of build up (can’t imagine what the inside looks like). My cashier came over and leaned both elbows directly on the cutting board and it just makes me wonder how seriously they take food safety now. I was excited to see the salsa bar was open since when they let the salsa sit in the small cups it solidifies and gets jelly like so even though I was taking my order to go I grabbed some and then there were no lids so I asked for some lids and I was told they were for dine in only. So sad that there are so many corners being cut to save money when it makes their customers not want to return at all. I hope they can make some changes because 5 years ago they had amazing food and a clean and safe environment. Not so much anymore
Ate taco today about 12 noon and got diarrhea from the food. Will not go back there ever again and will let my friends know not to go there. Also was talking to a friend of mine and he told me the same thing happened to him

I went to the Moe's in Mays landing next to the movie theater. This place was a Dump there was just one customer sitting there, the food was bland, asked for hot sauce , the Asian guy at the counter was very rude. I will never go back again.
This place used to have a help yourself salsa bar now you’re lucky to get a little tiny cup of salsa with your order just recently I got home and I got half a tiny cup of salsa. How cheap is this place, if they’re cutting corners so drastically on stuff like that what other things are they cutting corners on
I usually love Moe’s and frequent this location often. However, I always pay for extra chicken. Today, I was informed that the “normal” serving is supposed to be essentially 2 cups of rice and 1 small scoop of chicken , which is approximately 1/4 a cup. That’s insane. I get filling people up on rice, as it’s cheap but come on. Now. That’s not even close to an appropriate ratio of what someone should be consuming. On top of that, they’ve now taken the salsa bar away completely, I assume “due to Covid” but instead of putting containers out, they give you ONE small cup of salsa with chips, and skimp on chips. I get places are hurting but this is ridiculous. I’m always team Moes but I hate to say it, Chipotle skimps on nothing. The manager or owner that was in there today is also just blatantly rude and impersonal and hovers over employees breathing down their throat while they try to work. Almost find it hard to continue to support the place at all.
I never leave reviews, but this one deserves zero stars. I am never eating at this location again. The male who seems to be asian or hispanic is very rude. The girls who work there seem to be afraid of him, they dont even talk. But anyways I ordered 2 meals because it was my cousin and I, we were in our work uniform with obvious signs of who we work for, along with it being our lunch break. Long day, cold, and hungry, we chose moes. Mind you this is our first time at this Moes location. The guy didnt greet us, i ordered my meal for dine in, i asked for complimentary chips and he said “no until i eat what he served on my tray” and he only gave me “8 chips!!” and so he is very stingy and rude, and he also put very few chips on my cousins tray, i asked for a soda, he slammed the cup on the table, i asked for two chipotle sauces and he questioned why i wanted so many, and i also asked for two salsas and he only gave me one. There is no variety of salsas like other moes. I dont know why he was so mean and rude, and questioning everything that i was ordering. The bathroom smelled like they havent been cleaned in a week, and the environment was awful. The poor girl was picking up trays and i ask her, is he always this mean and rude, and she says “yes unfortunately, but i live day by day, and try to keep a happy atmosphere around here so it doesn’t affect me so much” and i was shocked because no one should be working under such awful pressure especially at moes. The man at the way he was treating me, was a form of harassment and i dont appreciate what he dod to us at all. Basically treated us as if we were trying to steal and take advantage, knowing moes is known for so many good things.If you want to get treated with disrespect,go ahead and go here, but if not, dont even step in. Not worth the aggravation. Also my burrito was so skinny and i usually order the same exact one at other locations and i always leave about half or more, and this time i ate it all and was still hungry, so you can only imagine how little they serve here.
The only meat ready was white meat chicken. Pork, steak, beef were just starting to cook. Why would you wait till you have nothing to start cooking. Silly??

Did not get what we ordered. Doordash delivered but the time of delivery kept changing(later and later) Had to cancel my card because it was used at 2am on line. I got my food at 6pm and was sleep at 2am. Figure it out...
