Mc Donold needs to hire more people for Friday night shifts. I got in line with 4 infront of me at 9:10 pm by 9:20 there were 4 more cars behind me and 5 on the other side of the line. By the time I reached the order speaker it was 9:35. Reached the pay here window at 9:56 reached the last pick up window at 10:10 pm then waited another 7 minutes to finally get my food. That's ridiculously too slow. You either hire more people or train the ones you have to work and serve a little faster. Fool me once.
After I placed my order I went to pay and the young man said "I closed my drawer and forget to get your change , is that okay?" I told him no I need my change. Them after I received my order I pulled away and took a sip of my drink and of course it was the drink drink. The past five times that I have purchased food at this location, the order is ALWAYS wrong. How difficult is it to place the correct order? I place a simple combo meal off the menu. It's not like I order something that's not on the menu!!!!!!! Will not be going back again.
These guys hit the nail on the head and EVERYTHING was fresh. They didn't pull us up even with how busy they were and had everything ready to go( even special requests) within seconds! That's a HUGE kudos for quick service restaurant business. Thanks guys!
Let me just say, when they get your order right, the food is what you expect from Macca's. It's comfort fast food that makes you remember getting Happy Meals when you were a kid.The problem is with mobile orders, the window is so small for Curbside pick up, they'll come out and tell you "It's too late for that" ... dude, you came out, just bring me my food next time or disable curbside.Don't believe the lies when seeing the Drive Thru, it may look clear but you'll still be waiting 5-10 minutes regardless, if there's another car or more in front be prepared to see yourself visually age while waiting.Food on point (when right), service not even close. :(
Worst McDonald’s ever!!! They never gave dinning room open. Went there today door was open. But manager ran up and said please leave as they don’t have time to serve ppl up front. Drive-threw only. It was 5 pm are you kidding me!! Second every time I come here (why I have no idea) the order comes out wrong, the workers in the drive threw are always rude. 3rd they are very unsanitary! I was inside one day and watched the manager walk around with the fry basket placing on the counter to take money. Then went and dump into fries. Everyone who saw was disgusted! This is the last time I come here! I’ll drive the extra 10 mins for quality food and service with a smile!
Worst drive thru of any fast food chain I’ve ever witnessed. Workers don’t even speak into microphone to take your order since their always on their phones and don’t even look up to see if there’s any customers in line. I’ve waited a whole hour once to get my food here. Never EVER go here
We ordered online for curbside pick up, when we got to this location at 7:15pm both inside and curbside were closed. drive through is the only thing open while about 7 employees are walking around the dining area doing nothing but texting on their phones.
Last time I go to this McDonald's. The food tasted like it's been sitting there for days and it was cold. The service was terrible. The lady started my order and stopped midway to take care of the next person.
We ordered 2 meals in the drive-through & waited 45 minutes for our food. This is unacceptable.
Messed Order ALL up. Tried to give me 2x a Coke telling me it was a Sprite smh. No sauces after I asked 2x. No extra fries for happy meal in place of apple slices or yogurt. Asked for light sauce and gave really heavy on 1 McChicken other 3 barely had any.
