This has to be one of the worst IHOPs in the tri-state area I will not be returning. They were rude and acted like we were a burden on them. They didn't give us any straws we didn't have any napkins and the utensils were not very clean. I have never given a bad review , my mother always said,if you have something bad to say you keep it to yourself. But , this time I couldn't keep it to myself this was the worst IHOP I've ever been to. My family and kids love IHOP they was very disappointed in this one I hope things change in this establishment.
Food was good. Clarence was our waiter. He was fabulous ???? Attentive, patient, kind and funny. It's obvious he enjoys his job! Please request Clarence when you visit and leave him a hefty tip. He deserves it!
I have eaten in other IHOPS; one much closer to my home - - and that one will never see me cross its' threshold again.However, this particular IHOP rises to the highest standards. Its' parent company can be proud. Clean, great food and a wait-staff that is cordial and knows how to build repeat business.Don't hesitate!
I ordered the breakfast burrito. It was good w/ Cholulu sauce! My fiance got all you can eat pancake combo. The wait was about 10 min & the service was good!!
The food was amazing. The waitress was nice,.she made small talk with the children and family. The food came.out fast. It was clean there, it was not many people there. I'm not sure if that a anything to do with covid but either way it was a plus. The manager was making sure the waitress was on her job. And the experience overall was great.
Ana G is so sweet and attentive! Food was awesome as always. Got a MR Tbone Steak and Eggs, cooked nice and juicy! All the staff is really kind from the FOH to the BOH. Comes out quick and hardly is there every anything wrong in there. Went in on a Thursday around noon. Stop on by!
Turned out to be really better than we expected. We were traveling a long way and just needed to eat, so we stopped here. Service was good, food was good.
Foods great come on it’s ihop…… but the best part of this breakfast was our waitress Ashley……. She was funny and very attentive, even while waiting on 15 tables. Food was out in a timely manner. I’ll definitely recommend this ihop, with the exception of her stupid boss forcing her to wear a mask.
Horrible they ignore you when you call to check in for curbside and then forget your order. I was quoted for 10:55 pick yet half hour later and still no order in sight.Spoke with manager and told me the ticket was to the left what ever that means.Food was missing hash browns and wasn't very good didn't help that it was cold.Avoid going here for any pick up seems very unorganized inside as well.
I love IHOP, never been unhappy with IHOP in general but seriously how do you overcook a rare steak so bad that it's medium well?Would have sent it back but by that point we were too hungry to push further.The saddest part is they no longer offer their multi flavored syrups. Also they have really cut down on their menu, which is understandable post covid and all but still I do miss the good old pre covid IHOP.
