I came here for a kids party and all I had was pizza. We sat outside and it was cute in the little courtyard area. Everyone was very nice.I was only planning on having 1 slice of pizza but I ended up going back for seconds. I'd definitely be willing to return here to have a more formal dinner.
My wife and I were frequent customers in the past. No more! We think they changed cooks. We had dinner there last year and the food was burned. Tasteless! When we mentioned the poor quality of the food to Gennero, he was not nice but rather nasty. We have since encountered other former customers with the same food complaint. They no longer patronize the restaurant either. He is losing customers by not addressing the issue.
Food was good, but they should've stayed a byob it took me at least 30 minutes to get a drink I was almost ready to leave
Very good Cheese Steak, good portion, great service, fair prices.
Great food very relaxing atmosphere server was very friendly will definitely go back
One of our absolute favorite places to eat at, and they offer dishes that help with our gluten free dietary restrictions! Things have improved even more so as of late, with the addition of more seating as well as offering cocktails! We have never had one bad experience at Gennaro's and look forward to our next visit!
My husband ordered us lunch from here for the first time, and I was very happy, I had steamed clams with marina the first day and with wine and garlic the second day, I prefer the wine and garlic steamed clams and both days I had shrimp scampi over linguine, everything was delicious. Looking forward to getting more food from them, will highly recommend. We didn't visit in person it was delivered and arrived hot and fresh.
Gennaro’s is awesome! Had a small party catered by them. Food was delivered steaming hot and was delicious! Will definitely use them for all my parties!
On 1/15/22 my family and I were there to celebrate my husband's retirement. I ordered "home baked lasagna" for dinner. It was awful! It consisted of 2 thin layers of overbaked noodles with some dried out ground beef and a couple of tiny dabs of ricotta cheese. It seemed to have been baked like that and only then was sauce poured over the dish! Someone needs to learn how to make baked lasagna. I have had frozen lasagna from Costco that was far superior to this. Everyone else in our party enjoyed their food.I also thought the restaurant was noisy and it was difficult to have any kind of conversation.Sorry, Gennaro's but our family will not be returning here.
Great food and great service
