The worst Dunkin I've ever seen. There are 5 people behind the counter, but they can't make any food, including a toasted bagel, because there's only one employee who can use the machines? Is this a joke?
Rude girl working there..They're supposed to open at 6am & when I walk in at 6am she says "We're not open." I said "Don't you open at 6? If you need a few minutes that's fine." She goes "No we're not opening..I'm here by myself." Okay..so you can't serve one person? She says "We're not opening until like 7." Funny that it still gave me the option to order on the app. I'll be contacting corporate to report the lazy employee.
Horrible service! Three orders including mine were skipped. We waited more than half an hour. The worst thing was the drink was not what I ordered and tasted disgusting. Wish I had taken a sip before I went back on highway
asked for oatmilk and was given whole milk - they do not care about people with allergies at all
Didn’t have over half the menu including any unsweetened flavors. Lady was pretty rude about it. Long lines of people who, one after the other, got denied their order.. ended up waiting in line, then not having what I wanted which was a common order and then what I did order, they got wrong. Good thing I’m not lactose intolerant, because the cream they put in instead of the oatmilk was another stupid issue. Think twice before going here.. better to buy the pre bottled coffee in the store next to it
Most dirtiest place I have seen.Parking lot had garbage all over.Bathroom were the dirty.Dining are was dirty.I complained to manager and respons was we are busy.I wonder about the back area.
Horrible service! Everything was cold, We asked them to reheat it and they gave attitude. I love Dunkin but not this one! Store ID : 4GSDDXXX & my order number is 716, I came in January 7 , 2022 at 8:09 am and Susan took care of me! However she did not make myFood! Horrible service overall! We ordered toasted croissants and these taste nothing like that!!
You wait in line forever and they never have what you want like hash browns croissant stuffer etc etc

We came for pancake minis, but they weren't in yet. Fine. She offered us other options instead. I ordered a small peach coconut refresher with less ice. She didn't know how to charge it and charged extra for the coconut milk after asking a coworker because she didn't know how to charge it.. There were 4 workers and only one was working, and she didn't make my drink right (made with green tea). She put way too much coconut milk and put regular ice when I asked for less. Slow service overall. As a former dunkin employee, it's disappointing.
