My favorite place! I always order matcha latte because is soooo good, lately they have been out of stock of passion fruit lemonade but is fine because they’re always innovating ☺️
This is the most convenient location on my commute to work. I was going to give them a negative review and stop going to them altogether due to placing an order on the mobile app and not getting my money back because the item was out. But I decided to give them another chance because the owner or manager (I'm not sure which) emailed me and apologized. Let me know that he would make sure I got my refund or replacement item.It really wasn't about the refund or anything like that. It was the fact that they reached out to me to make things right that I appreciated.
dirty place they ignore you if you walk inside to order but happy to serve the one car in the drive thru
Simple order and they served me burnt bacon (snackin’ bacon)
Went here almost daily for few months and they were just amazing.

The manager that works the morning shift is always rude and always has something smart to say when the I go thru the drive thru. I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts everyday and never have a problem paying with Apple Pay with any other employees but her. She needs to be retrained on her hospitality engagements with the customers .

This is the best dunkin donuts in Trenton/Hamilton area. Always super friendly and nice. Every time I go the experience is so stress free. I know the workers here must get a lot of drama from customers and yet they work double to make sure each customer gets a fresh experience. Please treat them nice, imagine what they may be going through. The world would be a better place if we all were more kind to each other. I used the dunkin donuts app to place in the order and pick up via drive thru and the whole process was stress free even though I noticed it was during a busy time for them (around lunch time). I literally drive here passing another dunkin donuts that's much closer to me just because of the service I receive here. Very consistent and always kind.
Will always be better than Starbucks garbage!
