The best cold chocolate and Boston cream donut ?

Very quick with filling my order, friendly staff.

Horrible customer service, looks like employees are not trained. The screen above they heads said if you join the Dunkin’ Donuts app you get a free medium drink. I joined and the offer said you don’t need a coupon. I asked for the manager, he didn’t even know about the offer, remained clueless and proceeded to try to charge us for a FREE drink. Then took us off the line and stated that we need to make a mobile order when we was ordering with the cashier already, had to wait and start the process all over again and manager still was dumbfounded. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN DONUTS TO NO ONE, LINES WERE LONG INSIDE AND OUTSIDE

Even though this is my local Dunkin’ I wouldn’t be bias. I go earlier in the way and the individuals that work here have always been so kind. Especially KAT. (I’m sorry Kat if your name actually starts with a C not a K) Thanks for always being so sweet and spreading that positive vibe. You don’t even know how you may being inspiring others

My mother got a Boston cream topped with an amazing concentration of salt.. she rinsed her mouth three times and can’t get the salt and sodium out of her mouth. Served by man with full face of oozing pimples the size if dimes — very unhygienic and his partner a woman who seemed amused by the situation. Wouldn’t judge on appearance, but his fault, but a salt covered donut raises suspicions.

Just horrible! Ordered at about 5:50am through the Drive Thru. Alsa, the Dunkin employee, was about to give me my food. I assume she realized she forgot part of my order. She slams down my food on the counter and yells something in another language. She comes back and hands me my food and before she gives back my debit card I politely ask, “Sorry, but can I also add a chocolate milk?”Keep in mind there is one other car in the drive thru. She shoves the debit card out the window and says, “No, I’m busy.” Not realizing she was speaking to me I wait until she comes back after she walks off. I just figured she was getting the chocolate milk. She looks at me and gives me a dirty look and I say again, “Can I please add a chocolate milk?” She says, “No, I told you already I’m busy. I proceed to ask her if that’s how she treats all of her costumers and ask her for her name. She walks off again. Luckily, a manager comes by at this point and he comes to help me. I explain what happened, reaches for the chocolate milk in a little fridge which is arms length to the drive thru register. I had to ask him three times for the employees name before he gave it to me.

I don’t care for their hot coffee, but the latte’s are awesome. Better pricing than other coffee shops. I just wish they would bring back the bow tie donut.
