Always a problem when I visit. Food cold. Cheese not melted on several visits. Asked for hot latte no sugars was only cold milk, No expresso. I paid for a double shot. Last visit didn't get my hashbrowns. I had person repeat order and it still wasn't all in the bag.
Service fast..they need to have pumpkin flavor all year round !!
They say they are open till 8....went over tonight because I really wanted a vanilla cream donut at 6 and nope. Doors locked and not open. Change your hours on your website and your door if you are going to close early.
If you are going to have the word Donuts in your name, then have Donuts to sell while you are open. If you are open til 8pm, then offer donuts for sale until at least 7:15-7:30. Otherwise why stay open until 8? Just call yourselves Dunkin’, and sell nothing but your horrible coffee if a customer can’t buy Donuts while you are open.*UPDATE- my wife went back to Dunkin Donuts today (mid-afternoon) and they were out of almost every donut…she was told there is a “Donut Shortage” lol, you can’t make this stuff up!
The lady at the window nowadays is so nasty, I dont know how they let people like that work in the window, rolling her eyes at customers and making nasty comments. I really hope they hire some better workers at this dunkin or at least take the nasty old lady out the window so she doesnt scare away anymore paying customers.
Ugh! Hygiene is not a top priority. No Gloves, No Masks and Coffee was NASTY not made to my liking at all! Hardly ANY sweetness. Thanks for nothing
I loved this place until my favorite worker stopped showing up, or at least at any time that I was in there. If I recall right, her name was Lauren, and she was the only one who always got my coffee right. Since shes been gone I've stopped going because it's just never worth the hassle.
Ugh! Hygiene is not a top priority. The coffee was fine. Not burned/burnt tasting. BUT the employees had on NO MASKS OR GLOVES! We're still in the pandemic. Vaccinated or NOT I thought that was disgusting. And they don't place the little plastic piece inside of the lid so the coffee doesn't spill whilst breathing in your drink. Nasty!
Good service ! Friendly people ( as much as they can - depends on their mood though lol ) - food is hit or miss - you can get a toasted bagel from somewhere warm to slightly burnt.Customer service : depends who is working there - sometimes being a little flirty gets you good service lol ( the truth ) ?..
Degenerates!! All of them! Ordered a Bacon Egg Cheese on a bagel with extra bacon, Hash browns, Strawberry frosted with sprinkles donut, and a blueberry coffee light sugar and milk.I got the sandwich with no egg and one strip of bacon, no hash browns at all, a boston cream donut, and the coffee was granular from the sugar even after mixing it!!This is the 5th day in a row that you have gotten my order wrong, what gives?!?!You are absolutely horrible! If I could rate you lower I would.
