Whoever is working the store tonight needs to be fired. I asked to speak to a manager. Both the guy and girl stated they were managers and they couldn't give me there names. One hung up. They keep putting the phone on mute. My pizza is not done. They are playing games. Then they told me if I have a problem to call coparate. Unprofessional
This domino's pizza is actually pretty fast this is probably the fastest domino's I've ever actually been to I swear I think the longest I've ever waited is 20 minutes
obviously not a traditional Trenton pizza but they are decent, cheap, open late and deliver. For the price and what it is I'm pleased with the prepackaged Chicken Cesar salad too..
If I could rate this a zero I definitely would. The pizza was dry as hell and they forgot to deliver my dipping sauces after charging me for them. The people that run this particular establishment are extremely rude and unprofessional. Just a complete disastrous experience. Please stay away from this location.
Love the carryout deals. They are also quicker than Pizza Hut. I order 3pizzas, leave my house, drive to the store and park. About 10mins and they are ready.
They charged me an extra five dollars for no reason. The total was 22 with delivery I was charged on my card 27
I wouldn't even give no stars for the experience I just had today calling to try and order a pizza I call very often to get pizzas regularly I was answered by a very rude ignorant girl who was rushing me on the phone when I tried to give my address she told me give me a minute when the address should already be in there by my telephone number she was very rude hung up the phone slammed it down then an hour later still did not receive my pizza and when I called back to cancel it still very rude I then hung up and called chicken to go which was answered by a very polite professional person if you continue to have people answer your phones and work like this you will leave more and more customers this way please try to give classes on how to treat and speak to people because this girl was the most ignorant person I've ever experienced and I definitely probably will never be back to order ever again
Love this place food is great and almost all the time delivered hot unless they have a far delivery other then me it happened.
