sometimes the line can be long, but the line moves decently fast. they also have a nice variety of desserts to choose from. the deals on the food as well are nice.
Dairy queen is all about consistency in my experience. If you've ever been to dairy queen, you know what you're getting. Extremely fast service, good food, and short waits. Whats not to love?
Went at 9pm on a Thursday. They close at 10. Person on the speaker was absolutely terrible. “Is that it? Is that it?” After every item I ordered. Up to the window, told the wrong price. Missing two of my 4 blizzards. Had to sit and wait, she rudely shoved them in my hand. Stared at me and said “you need something?” No “have a good day” nothing. Not a single kind word.I understand there is a staffing issue. I understand companies are taking just about anyone they can get. But this is crazy. I’ve worked food service. I’m normally beyond understanding. This however, was just terrible. My food looks like it was slapped together by a toddler.The lettuce on my chicken sandwich was old!!! It was slimy, smelled and flat out disgusting. I refused to eat it and tossed out the entire sandwich. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog.
We had a great fast food experience. Food was hot fresh tasting and for 7.00 with an ice cream we were impressed. For fast food I'd definitely choose this location again.
Food and service is always great I have been there a lot of times. I love the ice cream. It's a dine in style not a typical fast food place. I always love going there for lunch. The employees are very nice people always kind and helpful. No complaints at all about the service.
Drive thru on 7/1 around 7pm. Shakes were ok but our blizzards were wrong. Asked for a cookie dough and it was mostly a butterfinger. Careless staff. The oreo blizzard was horrible too. Tasted like it was blended with something else. We didn't notice until we got to our spot to watch fireworks. Needless to say money was wasted since they were thrown away.
The white straw is straw this place gives me now when I order a milkshake. Milkshake straws are usually bigger. Not here. Not at THIS DQ. They give you skinny straws now...for milkshakes. Smh. I even ask for a better straw, but they say that's what DQ sends them. So I have to wait till I get home and find a real straw. I can fit that straw in other straws. I can't even imagine what those skinny straws are really for. Got the second star because the shakes are great. But its ruined if I have to struggle to drink it. I'll come back to you guys later in the summer. See you got real straws. In fact, use different straws completely specific for shakes.
Not that many variables ice cream. All disorganized. Ice cream tastes good.
It was ok but over priced for what it is. Everywhere is expensive but for what I paid for my wife n I we could have gone to our favorite diner and had coffee included for us both. Overall food was ok just thought really high prices
Very good blizzard. I got the M&M's blizzard and is was great and the service and decent also. The only thing is that the inside of it is closed and only the drive through is open but still it's a good Dairy Queen. I will be back when I'm in the area.
