So I don't know if they changed managers or what, but I changing my review from 1 star to 5. The girls that served us were super friendly. The portions were great and food quality was great. Very happy that this place has gone back to one my favorites, especially it is right next to books a million. My husband gets his Mr. Pibb and I can get my books.
My go to meals are Burrito Bowl mainly chicken but now Pollo Asado Bowl withBrown ricePinto beansPico de GalloWhite quesoFajita veggiesOnline app or in person dining they're on top.Service is good not much people between 1-3 pm.
I love the food, but sometimes spills are left on the counter, even while the food containers are passed down the line. This can be a turn off for customers if they notice that no ones cleans up the mess. With a shortness on workers, they do their best to keep the line moving, but sometimes there need to be one person dedicated as cashier.
Sometimes there are items missing from online order. The chipotle customer services is terrible. (Example: large guac side missing. They decide to give me a coupon for a small side guac to make up for it on my next purchase lol)
This location always gives me quality food for my money and I usually never have an issue here. Much better then other drive thru locations around the area.
No regard for customers who choose to dine in at this location. They keep the to go order line fully stocked, yet stop restocking the dine in line and staff can not use those items UNLESS you order via the app.I love Chipotle and always have, but it is very disappointing to see customer service for in person service dropping to this level.

This place is always filthy. The trash cans are always overflowing, the tables are disgusting, and something is always broken. Last night it was the ice machine, before that it was the payment system. They had run out of toppings and had no lids for the small kids cups. The manager couldn’t care less about the way things are presented or run. Thankfully the food you could get tasted good. We may just order take out but from what we see there that too is a disaster. I’ll try to find another local store and pray that they are better.
my partner and i ordered our chipotle online which was ready for us when we got there. when we walked into the establishment, we grabbed our food from the online order rack. when we went up to the girl at the register i was stared at until i spoke. she did not ask “may i help you” or anything, just a blank stare giving me a dirty look. when i asked her if we could have two water cups she angrily grabbed them and aggressively threw the cups toward me in which she then walked away. my partner and i were the ONLY people in this establishment and our two orders were the only ones on the rack. they were not busy as they usually are and my partner and i were nothing but polite. the lack of manners and hospitality that this employee showed us is unacceptable.
I got found a hair in my food. definitely wasn't mine and was in the BOTTOM of my bowl. thankfully i mix my bowls before eating.
