This chilli's always has a table ready and when it's super busy they do their best to not keep you on the wait long. We like the menu, kid friend, staff is friendly. The food is always consistent.
Not so good this visit. Seated in bar area so bartender was our waitress. Everything came at same time with no apologies, hardly touched appetizer when entrées arrived. Didn't get what I ordered and she acted like I lied when I told her that fact. Gave us credit as "good will" on check. Not my definition of good will!
Stopped by to see my tuba student, Pierce, tending bar. He's very efficient and made me a great Tom Collins. Your potatoe soup was great. I was very proud of the great job He's doing.
My son and I decided to do Chili's tonight. We hadn't been there in quite some time. Now I know why I haven't been there in a while. We were seated at our table and the first thing I noticed was how run down and worn out the floor was. There were cracks in the floor and there were tortilla chips on it as well, in the walkway. There was also a rip in the bench I was sitting on at our booth.We placed our orders. We ordered honey Chipotle wings for an app. I had the chicken Quesadilla explosion salad for an entree, which was earmarked as a customer favorite. My son had the Brisket burger. My son's meal was good. It was warm and flavorful. As for my meal. The quesadillas were cold. The chicken was cold. The melted cheese on top was cold and hardened. Salad was kinda flavorful, but the lettuce was soggy.Oh the app we ordered, came out after our entrees. We had the server box it up to go.The service was average at best. The server seemed like he was overwhelmed. He was running around pretty frantically. I figured he was new, so I cut him a break. He tried his best.I was more disappointed with the quality of food and the appearance of the restaurant.It gave off the feeling like they would soon be closing down.I'd think long and hard about going back to eat there again.
Multiple horrible experiences, the food is always great however the staff sucks. Multiple times have waited way past the quoted wait time, been sat and left unattended multiple times, it shouldn’t take 45 min after being seated to be asked about drinks or even shown a menu.
I believe this place gave me food poisoning. I have been many times within the past months. My s.o. and I got the sampler apps and the southwestern eggrolls. Not even a hour or so after we got home the toliet and me were best friends, I spent all night getting sick and couldn't even keep water in my system. It was a horrible time. I'm not sure if it was the southwestern egg rolls or not but that seemed to be the main thing that wasn't agreeing with me. Please make sure your cooks are clean people and washing there hands. Food was over cooked and not good, server was horrible(Joe)…I understand they had an emergency in the kitchen but our server was not part of that, he was more busy talking and standing around then tending to his tables. We will never return to this location again. And this was my husbands birthday dinner and I wanted to have dessert and them to sing but our server was horrible so we didn’t bother asking for things a third time. We will be going somewhere else for a birthday dinner for my husband another night, he deserves so much better then this.

ordered a classic nachos with no meat (vegetarian), and when I opened it at home, there was bacon in it. I checked my order details and it shows I ordered it with no bacon. what a waste of money..
The restaurant was clean and staff were nice. The food was great and tasty. We ordered steaks and burgers. The steaks were tender and done well just the way we like it.
