There were maybe 3 tables occupied and it took the waitress 25 minutes to acknowledge us and another 10 minutes to come take our order. Since she took so long we were unable to get the lunch special discount even though we were seated a half hour before the special ended. Plus she had a terrible attitude when I nicely explained that we should be able to get the special since we had been sitting here way before it ended. This will be the last time my family and I come here which is a shame bc it’s our go to stop when shopping in the area.
I will Never got to this place again. I walked out because I walked in with my ADA service dog with vest on& I was told RUDELY NO DOGS ALLOWED, by a waitress. I said this is my service dog & You must let us in. She said let me get the manager. He said she will seat you outside on the deck. Well we got out on the deck where there was no one else & the deck wasn't cleaned since last summer. It was illegal & Inexcusable what this place did to this combat veteran. I will be looking into suing Buffalo wild wings.
Bartender was very nice. Way too many items were out on the draft and the only reason I traveled to BWW was a good item and they were also out of it. I know there are supply chain issues but too many items not available. Not the first time. Will not be back to this location and probably not back to the company again.
Very extensive tap list. 29 beers on tap. Decent variety of non commercial beers. Lot of IPAs. Menu has marginal non meat options though more than you would expect. Cauliflower wings were good. Service was friendly and efficient.
I gave 5 stars because of their SERVICE!! This was my first time at this particular bww...and they were super busy. Our waitress SARAH...was attentive to our table..apologetic for delays..and right on top on things. Honestly, I expected less due to how busy they were, so I am super appreciative for her work ethic. The servers seemed to all work together to get people's food out,which is awesome! I had the boneless wings, and I hesitate to call a few of them wings as there was absolutely no meat,but the service made up for the lack of chicken.
Great sports bar and restaurant. Foods were delicious and on time. Drinks too. My kids loved ALL the sports memorabilia and ALL sports on the many Flat-screen TV'S.
Love this restaurant. It's my favorite sports bar experience. Great food. Awesome service.
I cannot say enough about our experience here with Michele. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND, super friendly, engaging, professional etc. she was very nice to my daughter brought her food out right away, even took the time to prepare a special dessert as it was my wife and I’s anniversary. She deserves high praise from any and all management this is text book amazing service thank you!
I like the wings but the burgers are ?. Always juicy and fulfilling and the toppings always fresh. The All-American w/bacon and the Brisket Burger are our favorites. The house beer is awesome too.
Cozy place, food is excellent and served hot and fast. They have it together when we walked in with a party of 12 and everything was smooth ran. Two thumbs up ?
