It used to be our favorite place for pizza. I’m not sure what happened here, but nothing is as good as it used to be. In addition to quality, taste, integrity and consistency going down hill, so has customer service. They got my last two orders wrong and no one really seemed to care. I’m going to give them a few months and hopefully they’ll read their reviews, listen to their customers and course correct. I’d hate to have to abandon Brothers on Whitehorse completely.
I really don’t understand how DeLorenzo’s pizza gets rave reviews win this place crushes them! This is the best pizza anywhere! Don’t waste your money at places like DeLorenzo’s!

I just ordered this tuna hoagie. It is unbelievably horrible. We have been Brother’s fans and patrons for over 25 years. We love their food. This sandwich? The WORST. It has barely a dollop of tuna, no lettuce or tomato and no option to choose that although the picture shows that and a hoagie? Come on. They did slice almost an entire onion and stuff it on the bread. I am so disappointed I cannot even return this because I am still angry.
This place doesn’t listen to their customers and was very rude. I called in and specifically stated that i wanted to order fried chicken wings and when I got them they gave me plain Buffalo wings instead. Sometimes ppl make mistakes, so i called in to speak with them and i was very kind however a man got on the phone and told me that i was in the wrong instead of just telling me that they didn’t sell what i was asking for. That is not an appropriate way to talk to a customer, also If you don’t sell something that a customer is asking for you can simply say that you do not sell it so that way people do not waste their money.
Sorry, but both consistancy and quality of food and service has declined since their long time manager has left this establishment. It is very obvious that he was the one who was responsible for their long time success.
My cheese steak (w/fried onions) and cheese steak slice was good but customer service could be better. I was standing there waiting to give my order but was ignored for some time. An older man walked in and was asked for his order immediately. If I wasn't hungry and in the mood to go elsewhere, I would've walked out

Not sure which guy it is working here but he’s very RUDE!! Didn’t even acknowledge me when I came into order just stared at me until I ordered.. tall white man! I just left
