Fast service, very nice staff (Heather, Kudos). Menu is designed well, you can see thought went into the dishes and how a well designed menu helps get the food out. I had the Tequila chicken, my partner the bean tacos. They were fresh and well made, we do prefer spicier food, so if you don’t these will be perfect. The bean taco consistency was a little different than usual, but no complaints. The vegetable sides were excellent, but the star of the sides were the French fries. The steak fries are more like perfectly seasoned potato wedges. The bottle/can beer selection is vast. My only complaint is that the beer I had on tap the Tonewood EMD was not fresh and tasted rather off.
We really enjoyed the food. He ordered a burger and fries. I ordered crab cake which came with spinach. The homemade fries were especially crispy and yummy.The ambiance was great- busy noisy upbeat bar - definitely a good local watering hole.
Jack has been an amazing server/ bartender! Recommended friends to Blend, and all have great comments about his dedication to service.
