Last night my partner and I wanted to give this location and a try & it wasn’t the best experience… my partner had the cauliflower tacos which she enjoyed , BUT I had the orange chicken and brown rice and it was so dry , my chicken was over fried, no sauce came with my chicken and I also bit into a piece of bone while eating my chicken which turned me off from finishing my meal, what a waste of money. I will probably never return back to this location. Although my waiter was nice , otherwise 1/10 would not recommend. We were actually sat all the way outside of the restaurant instead of inside, I also suggest getting more lightening the restaurant is way too dark.I’ve added my personal photo of my meal on the left VS what is supposed to look like… smh…. My meal look nothing like what it’s supposed to appear…

Standard Cheesecake Factory atmosphere. What really stood out was the efficiency of seating, courses being brought out in succession, drinks being refilled without long wait times, and the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Our waiter was so friendly and welcoming with the kids and understood that this Momma was outnumbered. Food was good, although my teenager did not like the pasta al dente. We all had different cheesecakes, which were amazing, as usual.

I came here Saturday afternoon, April 2nd around 5:00pm. I sat at the bar because i wanted a drink.I eventally ordered food as well. Firstly, I sat there for 10 minutes vefore anyone acknowledge me or the trash piled on the counter where I was eating, before I mentioned anything. I ordered a Diane Steak Shrimp Scampi mix. I also ordered a Mytye alcoholic drink. The only consistency was that the presentation and service was sloppy. The tast of my dish was consistent with my experience, the steak had peppery, the mash potatoes was watery and the shrimp scampi was a mystery. My friends would not come with me because they said they dont like it here. I love the Cheesecake Factory. Its been a long time since I've been here. Im very disappointed. I willnot come back again. I posted this to my social media and no one was surprised.

Been coming to this location several time but last night was very noticeably different in quality of the food. Like many I always get Pasta DaVinci and it was filled with oil and noticed the food quality was extremely poor. My wife ordered Thai curry lime chicken something and that did not look appetizing - also quality was not good. It could be the chef, low quality ingredients, or BOTH. Regardless, it was extremely disappointing expierence after many years of coming here. Only person that enjoyed their dinner last night was my 8 yr old with his kids spaghetti and meatball so it wasn't all a bust. I might think twice next time we decide to go back and spend my money where quality is not questionable.Unfortunately I did not take a photo of my wife dish (presentation at the table was not great and should have taken a photo but we were too hungry). I did take photo of mine after I could not eat anymore because every bit got worse. Look at the amount of oil!!!!!!Dear restaurant manager..........quality check is needed.

Walked in was seated right away took the waiter little bit to come over for the beverages but after 10 minutes we ordered our drinks followed with our appetizers then I everything arrived fast which of course fast so that was good then we order our entrees I ordered the tomato basil pasta which came fast but order finally arrived I find this a half roach which right away I showed my waiter who then said yes sorry that’s disgusting let me get the manager who arrived 5 minutes later. I go ahead and show him and he goes ahead and tell me that it’s normal it’s just an insect and he will remove it off my order but I will still need to pay and goes ahead and walks away.. WTH that was rude and disgusting of him and that location

Finally had brunch and it does not disappoint. I Recommend the strawberries after your meal. All of the food came out with an excellent presentation. Servers are really consistent and polite. They also have the famous bread and butter for brunch.

Very nice restaurant, hug place with a big selection, good food and service.I had chicken sandwich with avocado and fries. On my opinion the restaurant should be a bit brighter. ?

And they are back down to a single star!!! Curbside pick up instead of being convenient is a nightmare!!!!!!!! I even arrived later than the time specified and they couldn’t find my food!!!!!!!! This location is by far the worst, I can never seem to have a pleasant experience. Why do I keep ordering you wonder it’s the only Cheesecake Factory close to my house and my husband is extremely picky about food!….

We came for a working lunch on a dreary Monday afternoon. Restaurant was quiet. Service was friendly and on point. We had a couple of flatbread pizzas and caesar salads. Pizzas were great. Crispy with a flavorful tomato sauce. Caesar salad was delicious. I loved the homemade croutons. The cheesecake was excellent. I ordered the plain cheesecake. In all of my years eating here, I've only had the flavored cheesecake. The Cheesecake was delicious and not overly sweet. It had a nice, light graham cracker crust which gets an A IN my book!

My family went here yesterday for dinner and my nephew ordered a fettuccini Alfredo, 2 bites into the meal, he notices that the meal is moving as one, after a second we realize a whole glove was in his meal- A WHOLE GLOVE. Not a piece of it, the whole glove was mixed into his meal- they left, and they were offered a free meal, and told the GM would reach out to us today before noon. My sister just got off the phone the GM and his response was that he was” taken off guard” and sent us towards corporate for the issue. No answer, no one knew how a glove made it into his plate- nothings was offered beside not paying for the meal, which they didn’t eat anyways because they were so grossed out. Nothing was offered back, and I doubt they even investigated who and how it happened. I’m in the service industry and a manager- this is beyond incredible, and horrible management response.
