When we walked in there was no hostess or anyone to acknowledge us or give us directions on where to sit. So we sat at the bar. The wings say 12 wings but received 11. No biggie but as the night went on I will not be going back. My order came different and was missing items described on the menu. I told the waiter. She said what do you want to do about it. Didn’t even bother to try to fix or rectify my meal. The manager walked passed us multiple time did not acknowledge us or try to even speak to us. He was too busy talking to the bartender making practice drinks for the employees. It closes at 1245 we came at 1045. Does good customer service stop before they close? Have two stars because the jack Daniel wings were good. You can get better food and better customer service for the same damn price at a better restaurant.
I always love this place but this Saturday evening I could tell that management wasn't in! The bartender was talking super loud and the AC or fan wasn't on. It was definitely warm inside. Also we watched the bus boy clean of section (FLOOR & BOOTH) with the exact same broom?????♀️??♀️??♀️ Please don't don't that at least not in front of customer.
Stopped in for a quick drink and a snack with a friend. I have not been to a TGIs in years. Waited almost 5 minutes before I saw anyone at the bar. Beers were fine. My friend's potato skins came without scallions, although it says scallions on the menu, the scallions were brought out on a side dish in big chunks. The men's bathroom is nearly impossible to find without a map. Not so good experience. See you guys in another few years. Side Note : I just read the reviews and I can see why I had such a bad experience. It starts with management. I mean the fact you can ruin something as easy as potato skins shows this franchise is hanging on by a thread. Too much competition these days to have to wait to be served and have dry hard cheese potato skins served with runny ranch dressing instead of sour cream with NO scallions.
Worst Fridays you can go to. Waited two hours for two appetizers then when the dessert came it was hard as a rock and no where close to what was mentioned on the menu. Finally the manager comes who yawns with his mouth open zero Courtesy and manners and I telling him what happened said pay your bill and go…total nonsense…or is ruining the name of the brand so so upset…waste of time and money
I love Friday's and it's been my spot for many years. That's why I'm writing this with love. All the food was Luke warm and we only did appetizers. That's why we didn't get entrees. Im definitely going again and I sure they will redeem themselves.
I remember one day I had their Honey BBQ Wings and Salmon at the TGIF in Wayne, NJ and I will write more reviews about the places I go to and I like Jaden's performance because he is always on point and he gets the job one hundred percent of the time. Job well done guys and keep up the great work.
Food was great, drinks could be better but never less it was good and the waitress Victoria was also good to
We got to the restaurant after a long day at the water park. Wasn’t crowded at all but we were told it was. We waited about 20 mins to be seated. When there were tables available. Everyone got seated before us when we were there before them. We got seated and the waitress greeted us and told us she’ll be there in a min. She never came at all. We had to speak to the manager. Finally the waitress came but with the manger to take our order. We gave them the order just for the order to be messed up. The drinks were incorrect I had to wait 25 mins for my meal while everyone at my at table were about to finish their food. The service was just horrible. The waitress was unprofessional. How do you forget a party of 6?. The food was disgusting. I felt bad for the kids they had to suffer from being in a unprofessional establishment.
I went there on Saturday night and the bartender/waitress named Vicky with like an reddish brownish hair was very rude. She took our food and drinks order and that’s it. After we received our food I mentioned to her that she didn’t check on us to see how our food came out and if we wanted more drinks. When I told her, she gave a terrible excuse of her fixing up the bar due to an earlier rush…ok what does that have to do with your current customers? At the time we were there, it was only 3 people at the bar, looks like no rush to me! She was very dry and rude and said, I acknowledged my mistake and turned away & still didn’t ask if we needed anything. Later on, another bartender named Kris overheard us talking about how terrible the customer service was and attempted to fix it, but we were over it by then. No need to buy more drinks in an establishment with rude servers. She was inattentive and needs to be retrained. Thank you for Kris for attempting and apologizing on her behalf but I will not be back.
I had the pleasure of meeting bartender/server Jaden today. Not only were the drinks on point, his service was excellent. His professionalism coupled with his hospitality made my experience there today absolutely delightful. I cannot praise this man enough. I will absolutely return!
