Long,long wait even if pre order.Pink drink is amazing!!
It's a Starbucks, so you know what they have. However, they have great flow and serve the hospital staff right there, so their coffee is always fresh. Call in your order if you want to get in and out quick.
Very clean and modern looking Starbucks location. It’s attached to the Hackensack Hospital and can get pretty busy. There’s a smallish parking lot that has a attendant but is free for customers. Staff here are friendly. My order ahead orders are usually ready when I arrive. Due to COVID, there are only a few dine-in tables available.
Today was not a good day for me to order at Hackensack Starbucks. I am seriously upset with people attitudes, especially if your working in customer service. I purposely ordered through the app so I can go in quickly and run out. I literally walked in and two ladies were directly behind the counter having a personal conversation. I said excuse me once, which they didn’t hear me, then I said it again louder. Still didn’t hear me. Finally I shouted much louder and the girl saw me turned around with a attitude and don’t touch next time just ask for help. I looked at her with my mask on of course she probably didn’t hear me. I told her I spoke to get your attention three times and finally you heard on the third shout. You are here to serve not give attitude and provide customer service. Starbucks is not cheap plus I give tip. You are not here to give customers attitude or have personal conversations behind the counter. I have never experienced terrible service from Starbucks I usually go to little ferry Starbucks which are very nice and they get to know there customers and for me to have to come to Hackensack and deal with attitude and terrible customer service just makes me want to stay with Little ferry Starbucks, but unfortunately I work at the hospital and I have to be at work at 6am. Little ferry isn’t open at that time.
Half of the time, they are out of banana bread. How are you out of banana bread at 11:30am in the morning? The smart thing to do is order more! Why are you always out so early?
Twice in the past week I ordered a Chestnut praline latte and both times it was horrible. The first drink was hot milk with a little coffee aftertaste. The second drink last night had a strange taste and tasted like hot chocolate. At over $6 a drink I expect more. I look forward to this drink each year and know what this drink should taste like and these 2 drinks weren’t even close. I will not be going back to this Starbucks again.
I always come to this location when I am in this part of town. Great customer service.

Slow and sloppy staff... spent 30 minutes waiting for a drink, did not intend to spend my entire lunch break waiting for a cup of coffee which I ordered ahead by the way. Awful.
It was horrible. The workers were not disrespectful. It was very busy and they were overwhelmed.
