I went here today and this restaurant is horrible. The waitress have bad attitude towards customers. They do not know how to take a simple order. The food here has no flavor whatsoever it’s dull. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. There is also no manager in the restaurant for you to give your complains too. You have to speak to the waitress who are the ones doing the wrong job. Again horrible restaurant please do not go here. Thanks
Been here several times and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Definitely worth the 45 minute trip.

I have only tried a few things here but their lentil soup and empanadas genuinely feel like my childhood.
The food is amazing. The best Ecuadorian food in the area very similar to home. For the comments below comparing the previous Colombian restaurant, it's not fair to compare. It's two different countries, the food is different but still amazing. Caldo de bola, I totally recommend it. They ladies are nice but their customer service quality can improve and being a bit informative. But once again the good is good.

Even if a place is busy, they should be able to take a second to answer a quick question which would have taken less time if the person answering the phone had just listened instead of interrupting every other word. Too bad, we order out a lot but will not from here based on initial experience of call.
I have to say this is one of the best Ecuadorian restaurants I have eaten from, The staff was very friendly Their service was prompt and the food was fantastic great great Ecuadorian food. It's sad to see the negative reviews on this place as obviously the people that gave it have no life, And don't know what good food is.
Hands down the best! The caldo de bola and guatita were delicious! Friendly staff and very courteous. Will definitely be returning.
