Pizza was good.Ate there fir the first time.Pizza did not break when I pick it up like other pizza would..Definitely coming back for more
Waited hour and a half for my order only for the driver to drop the bag in his car.Been a loyal customer since 2012,however customer service has gone downhill.
I order a Margherita pizza from prestos pizza last night, it was really busy to I was told that it would take a while got to get my pizza. I got to Prestos about 45 minutes after I made my order. I asked about my pie and was told it would be a little longer. 30 minutes later they said my pie was ready but I ordered pepperoni on the whole pie and they just had it in half. OK, so at this point instead of asking me if I would take the half pepperoni Margherita pizza. They instead took a regular pie, put mozzarella and sauce on top of it, and added pepperoni on top. to make it look like a Margherita pizza. I did notice it until I got home, but I immediately went back to get an explanation of how this could have happened. As soon as I got to the pizza parlor, they knew why I was back, they tried to say it was a mistake, but how do you try to change a regular pie into a Margherita pizza a mistake. Not like I received the wrong order, they were trying to deceive me, because they were busy and I was hungry. The thought they could push off any old crap to me to get me out of the store.
Wasn’t a fan for all the hype. Pizza was undercooked, cheesy & sauce was just okay. There are definitely better spots close by

We moved to New Milford almost 2 years ago and have been struggling to find a good pizza place. After trying many in the area, we had settled on having to drive to Brooklyn Pizza and pay cash anytime we wanted a good pie. Until we found Prestos on the Slice app. Wow is it good pizza. The crust is flavorful and has a great texture, a good balance of crunchy but chewy and it even holds shape with heavy toppings like broccoli rabe and sausage. The sauce is delicious, balanced acidity and well seasoned. The cheese is also high quality. The salads are really good too. I'm just so happy that we finally found our go-to pizza place. Thank you Prestos!
The regular dining room is under construction. The temporary dining room is dark and cramped. I had the veal piccata which was tough. My wife had the Country Chicken and Pasta Fagiole soup which she enjoyed. BYOB.
I ordered thru a third party delivery from them and delivery was wrong. However, they mare every effort to make right all the way to calling me back. Will definitely order from them again. A+++ customer service!
Without a doubt the BEST pizza in Hackensack! Absolutely delicious! Don’t even bother with the other pizza places in the neighborhood, there’s simply no comparison!
I ordered delivery from this place today and it was really good, tasteful, fresh and really good portions. The garlic bread is really crispy and tastes amazing. The dessert was really smooth and had a good balance ( not too sweet). I'll def be ordering from this place more often.
