This girl is very rude , stressed and shouldnt work here if she doesnt like working in fast food. They close at 10pm and they always run out of stuff by 8pm . Horrible go to the one on Rt 4
This location is terrible, specifically the manager tonight. H took his sweet time getting good together, was so unfriendly, they ran out of fries, Mac n cheese and other items even though it still had over an hour til close, and he was unapologetic to the fact that myself and other customers were unhappy. He gave me cold fries and then tried to charge me for asking for one side sauce. Multiple people left because he (the manager) was taking too long. I will never go back there.
It was 8pm. They said they had no more Tenders , saw a huge amount get taken out and packaged. Fine someone had a large order, maybe they are all out. Get a 2 piece with the rice and beans. Chicken was dried out and old or overcooked. Rice and beans were also old or overcooked. The rice was crumbly. Stay away from this location. and it's new. Come on.
Just left this location and got through half my spicy chicken sandwich before realizing that the bread was molded!! I confronted the employee, he then spoke to his manager and they just offered to replace it. I didn't want anything from there after this experience, so I left abruptly. I urged the staff if I were someone else they'd be getting a major lawsuit but I didn't want to pursue that path. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS LOCATION DO SO! THIS IS NEVER OK IN ANY CASE. Employees need to inspect the food before prepping it! Of all the times I review my food I didn't this time to immediately learn my lesson for not doing so ?1 star because I couldn't choose 0. Lol
Holy ran with hardly any items besides chicken. I went there to get chicken strips and it was three hours before closing. They didn’t have any chicken strips and I had a coupon with a discount. I tried to exchange it for shrimp which they agreed and they did not have that either. I just decided to leave. How can not have so many items hours before closing? Unprofessional.
The food was great but the service was horrible. The two girls and one guy behind the counter made comments about everyone who walked in and asked for something. Little did they know that I understand hindi as well and oh boy they even made a comment when I asked if those pickled jalapeños were on sale saying in Hindi “why else would we display it”If you have bunch of lil kids running your business you will be out of business soon. Making comments and fun about everyone is kinda unacceptable for a business.
Chicken was tastyClean and organized restaurant.Mashed potatoes is okay, fries are so good.
Do I give any stars? No!!!!! Just 1 so I can post but does NOT DESERVE IT TRUST ME. When Popeyes first opened it was amazing. Had young respectful people in there taking care of everything very well. Loved the managers and food was Soooo on point. NOW I WILL NEVER GO IN THERE AGAIN!!!!!!! Ever since new management it's HORRIBLE. They're rude and talk back. Charge you for sauces after spending alot of money. False advertise specials on board and argue with you. Food sits and is not fresh. Absolutely Disgusting with attitudes to match. The way things are going I don't see it lasting. It's a shame because everyone loves Popeyes but NOT HACKENSACK LOCATION!!!!! The convenience of it in the area now who cares. Paying customers get treated so badly and it needs to stop. Do yourself a favor and Shut It Down!!! Unless they either bring back old staff and old management Me and all the people I know will not go there. GOODBYE!!!!! I'll take my business elsewhere.
The lady that took my order was texting while I was giving her my order. The fries are stale and the chicken sandwich was not properly cooked as if it wasn’t in the oil long enough. The mac and cheese is old as well. I had two orders and I got two sauces and I asked for one more and they said only one sauce per order lol only in this Popeyes. If I could give 0 stars I would
Our family is a huge fan of Popeyes and the customer service in this location is horrible. I ordered online and went to pick up around 6:00 pm. Despite rush hour on Wednesday night, only one cashier is working. Line is long and there's no separate line for online orders. I waited in the line and the cashier directed me to talk to someone else (with incredibly rude attitude), and he called next customer. I waited by the side and no one asked me although they are in vicinity and they can hear I am picking up an online order.I finally said hello to Asst. Manager and told her I ordered online. She makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong and shrugged.I asked her if the order is ready. She then asked my name and gave me my order. By the time I got the order, the chicken are no longer crispy and sandwiches are soggy already. Don’t’ even want to feel like eating dinner anymore and will not going back ever.
