Chicken and swiss sandwich came with no swiss sent it back two times because they forgot cheese twice...chicken was so dry and over fried no flavor. Felt sick after eating there!

Prices aren't listed anywhere in the restaurant OR on the menu. Therefore, it'll be wise to scan the code provided on the Table, so you're not surprised by the expensive cost of the food.Also, if you don't speak Spanish, it's difficult to communicate w/the staff because their English is very limited. But, they did their best to accommodate me and my guest with good service.

After calling to place an order a lady put me on hold, so I decided to order online while she picks up the phone back again. Twenty minutes later I’m in their location trying to pick up my order, but there was not chicken at Mario Chickens. Believe it, no Pollo in Pollos Mario, this is like going to Burger King, and there’s no burgers!So they canceled my order, and nobody took care of anything. I asked for the manager, and she said that she was busy, so I have to leave.Bye bye Pollos Mario
I’m really disappointed that i waited 30 mins for a piece of bread and a cup of coffee. The cashier should have told me that it was going to be a long wait before i had ordered my COFFEE and A PIECE OF BREAD and i would have gone somewhere else. Please encourage your workers to communicate with the people that are coming into your business about a long wait time even if it’s a small order.
I ordered for delivery around 2pm, which isnt even a typical lunch time, and was told it would take around 40 min. After an hour of waiting I still didnt get my food so I called the restaurant to find out what happened. The guy told me he will check with the driver and just hung up, so I waited another 30 min for the food to come. It didn't. I called again and complained, but the guy didn't even offer a word of apology, explanation, or expectations as to when I will actually get my food. I asked to speak to the manager, and they declined and their excuse was that they were just busy. First of all, if you were busy, why did you initially set the expectation as 40 min? And if it just got drastically busy all of a sudden, why didnt you explain or set new expectations when I called? I ordered at 2:03pm, and got my food at 3:50pm. It wasnt the driver's fault because the food was still hot.Don't order from here. You're better off ordering from somewhere else.
Good and fast service. Food is real good.
The host was very nice. Our server was very attentive & alert. The whole experience was wonderful. I recommend this place.
