they are too lazy to pick up the phone. sad...i used to love pizza hut. what happened?
Poorly trained staff, uneducated and unethical management at this particular location extremely rude and disrespectful towards customers. Take a trip and go to another location or try Papa John’s stay away from this location!
Pizza hut pizza is my family favourite pizza.but this time the taste of pizza was the worst taste.even my mom who is 86 years old said that never had a pi zza love ke this.very very extremely sour.
Easily the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been too. Sloppy presentation, barely any cheese, and sauce had a weird taste. Made my wife and I sick after eating it…
I would give it a zero if I could!. I hadn't ordered from this location in a while but I decided to place an online order recently. I paid about $22 for my food and it never got delivered. I called the store and the girl who picked up had at attitude and hung up on me after told her about the situation. With no explanation whatsoever.TLDR: I LITERALLY PAID FOR MY FOOD AND THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T DELIVER AND HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED FO AN EXPLANATION .
I like the food, but ordering delivery isn't worth it. The place is 1 mile from my home. I got the message that my order was out for delivery at 8:55. At 9:15 I get a message saying DoorDash will be delivering at 9:27. It's 9:29 now - I'm waiting for my cold pizza.
The pizza is good for such a small place. I love it. I will definitely try them again.
I give you a one star rating. Last night I place order to be picked up at 9:45 I got there 9:30. I didn’t mind waiting for 15mins for my pizza. But after sitting there for a half hour. Watching people come and get there piazzas. I looked and didn’t even see anyone in the back. The whole staff was messing restocking the soda. The whole staff was treating the place as hang out and not work place. Apparently the manager didn’t care. After a half hr I left. No one called me tell my food was ready. Just for the hell of it I sat in the parking lot and called the store there was a employee stand and didn’t answer the phone. I really think all of the staff needs to be trained better.
The Quality of the Pizza was very bad, it seemed as if the pizza was reheated several times, it was dry and the dough was hard. I wanted to try something different from papa john and domino but it was an unpleasant experience.
Order a bottle of soda, never came with the order. Food was left at the back door, delivery person did not ring the door bell to notify us just left the food outside to sit in the cold. Had to microwave the pizza before we could eat it.
