They forgot to make my order so I had to remind them of it, which normally wouldn’t be so annoying except I waited so long for the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had. It was so watered down. The croissant was also really old-tasting, like they were made the day before but didn’t sell well. The flavor of the croissant was okay though, it was just way too old (so the texture was off).Also not my issue but it rubs me the wrong way that they refused to give this poor mother with 3 children some more napkins. Seriously? I guess it’s BYON now—bring your own napkins.That being said, the interior is clean and the artwork looks nice. But the food and service could use a lot of work.
The staff at the location of The Shops at Riverside are so amazing--very cordial and accommodating. And the coffee is absolutely delicious! I just joined their coffee club--and it's free! I couldn't believe it--so many other perks to enjoy there as well; but most importantly, is how accommodating and super friendly their staff is there! It's my daily pick me up after my shift at work.
The food here is excellent, and the staff's very kind even if I'm sitting down for just pastry and coffee. I sometimes order from this patisserie's mail order online from their website when I've needed to go to relatives a few hours away where I can't find equally good bakeries. They must have a great shipping company because the cakes taste just as good when they arrive.
Used to be a great place for coffee - not sure what happened but these are the coffee we got today from brand new staff… Wish i took pics before to show you the difference but it’s a significant drop of quality of their coffee (and service as well) So unfortunate. Hope there will be improvement next time.

Omg what can I can I love the staff great customer service and one of my favorite pastries is this gluten free blueberry Almandine get it warm it’s the best and the pepperoni pizza is so good
This cafe is extremely friendly. Manager Sia and Kevin made my little sister & I feel welcomed and right at home. The drinks here were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend consumers to order the dirty chai, perfect holiday drink!
This is a lovely cafe located inside the Shops at Riverside, serving freshly baked assorted goodies and always a great espresso- a wonderful way to begin the day!
