This place has a-ok Chinese food and the horses are cool. The only thing that ruined the experience when I was there was that the toilets had not been flushed and was clogged and that just killed half my appetite.
We always have the best meals here! Our tradition is to order all the appetizers on the menu and they are all so amazing! You won’t go wrong coming here for any meal!
This is a very nice Asian bistro style restaurant. The Decor was both original & incredibly detailed too. And all of their Asian dishes I had were amazing! They were cooked perfectly and tasted very good too. And the staff there were very professional, helpful, friendly, inviting and were able to get me a very nice & amazing meal with an appetizer and a perfect main seafood dish, that I usually prefer, too. It was so good that I had to get some takeout of a basic dish that they recommended on their menu. And it was a lot more than I could imagine! I’d recommend them to everyone!
We had an exceptional server in Shantonai! She was helpful in our menu choices, attentive in making sure our drinks were filled and just a fun personality! PF Changâs food is always good
It was good and pleasant eating experience
We were greeted and seated upon entering. We asked for a different table and we were accommodated. All the food was delicious, with exception to one roll. We explained that the roll was not crunchy and did not taste right. The server immediately removed it from the table and from our bill with out being asked. Refreshing to have a place with good customer service doing the right thing.
The room’s floor needed a good scrubbing and the front windows and doors were beyond dirty. Service was spotty.
What a marvelous experience!!! Haven’t visited PF Chang’s since before the pandemic. Visited this past week and our experience exceeded our expectations. As always, the food and drinks were amazing, but it was the service provided by our server, Christian, that our evening was completely exceptional. We’ve noticed that in many places, the services has declined. Not sure if people have lost some sense of what the industry requires, but many people have lost their passion. This young man was a complete professional and a delight to to be part of our overall experience. Thanks PF Chang’s for taking the time to hire, train and keep such amazing staff!!!
