if you could give 0 stars I would. Have been to this location 3 separate times on different months, every single time "sorry the frap machine is not on right now" like youre kidding right? at 4pm in 95 degree weather? 3 completely separate times?. Other occasions always wrong sauces, missing items, terrible communication when theyre the ones that make the mistake of giving me spicy buffalo when I ask for ranch ? Worst part of it all, its done thru the app, its not like im ordering and maybe they cant understand me, I never order in person. Worst Location. I saw someone say in a previous review that this is the Chick Fil A of Mcdonalds, youve been going to the wrong Chick Fil A if u think this establishment is even comparable. Wont be returning.
This was a crazy busy store! There were some issues with my order and it took a while for me to fix the issue. Left not 100% satisfied, but it was ok
One of the better Mcdonald franchises in the area, wait times are never too great an issue, they do well to keep composure during high-traffic periods and are ready to fix any mistakes in your order. Drive-Thru is occasionally pretty normal in pace & capacity, though at times, predominately in the later hours of the day, can get overcrowded due to being a part of a shopping center. No Mcdonald’s is perfect, but coming here I normally prefer to order carry-out through the app ahead of time. Also, the ice-cream machine has never been broken on me surprisingly so that’s pretty nice.
They take extremely long to make DoorDash/UberEats orders.
So mad. I order McD especially for fries, nuggets and SWEET SOUR SAUCE which on order was requested 2x but got spicy sauce. Now yes seems petty to complain but I was legit looking forward to this one thing in my week and ended up hating my experience. Also, called, git hung up on. BC called again got told refund but how if they never git name or order. Never leave reviews. But honest sauces are color coded, what happened here?
I was next door, food was good last time I visited. Updated ordering system looked very efficient
The staff is very slow...i always mobile order ahead in a.m. and its NEVER ready,could've waited in line and ordered in the same time it took to get order together...Drive-Thru seems 2 be their #1 priority
This is the Chick-fil-A of McDonald’s, service is great the workers are great and the food is always fresh! Finally a McDonald’s I can actually go to and know they won’t mess up my food. Keep it up guys
I don't know why I keep going to this McDonald's. I blame myself not the people that work there for not learning my lesson. Since almost every time I go my order is wrong or something is missing that I have to go BK inside from the drive thru.I would think if I order a 6 piece of nuggets I would get 6 nuggets not 5 nuggets. ( Which has happened more than the employees can count nuggets)If you can go to any other McDonald's, do it.If you can skip fast food all together, do it.
Fresh food, Just wish you didn't have to use the kiosk all the time. Even with people around there always a sign up saying order at kiosk. Which doesn't have all the options or substitution.
