This place is slipping more & more everytime I come. I think I'm done being a Five Guys fan. The quality of food has drastically declined over the last couple years and the dinning area is always dirty. Sorry but won't be back.
This is more of a review of customer service.The very nice lady who took my order was awesome. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and onions. I took a second to scan the menu one more time to see if I wanted anything else. I saw there was grilled mushrooms. I asked to add the mushrooms.This amazing lady. Kindly insisted to try the mushrooms first.Immediately I understand she knows something I don’t. Lol.Yes I would like to try them.The mushrooms were slimy and undercook if that.I thanked her with much enthusiasm for her very politely ensuring me that my delicious burger will be much better off with out the mushrooms.After everything the burger was delicious and soggy mushroom free.Thank you who ever you are nice teller lady.
Was very disappointed with my pickup order. The fries were sooooo salty rendering them inedible. Truly disgusting fries and normally are pretty good.2 of the other sandwiches were screwed up so all the toppings from one order ended up on the wrong sandwich, and couldn't just be switched bc the condiments were not the same. Also my order was not ready at the indicated pickup time. Get it together Guys!
My husband went in to get our food at the Hackensack NJ Store, apparently they are shorthanded. The girl handling the cashier was also handling the grill with the same gloves!!! Then she coughed into her gloves and continued cooking without changing them or washing her hands and my husband asked her if she can change her gloves to new gloves, she looked at him and continued cooking. Also, my order was wrong! I'll never go there again!
My bun was extremely hard. It was literally a brick. Also, they gave me no fries, when I asked where they were, they took my bag and aggressively dumped al the burnt ones into my bag. The burger sucked and there was a homeless man throwing peanuts at me
We love the burgers and fries and here!Quick and never dissapoints but if I could say anything negative it would be for not having a Chicken sandwich maybe pls consider ?
Excellent burger. Fries are great but could be crispier and is it me or did you used to get more fries than you get now. Still a deal when compared to other joints

Been going to this location for over 10 years now. Consistently amazing burgers and fries. The new soda machines are nice when fully stocked. The milkshakes are a really nice addition to the lineup.
