I am a lifelong Hackensack resident and I’m EXTREMELY disappointed at the customer service at this place. Poorly trained staff and rude owner. Disappointing because food is decent. Ordered on a non-football Saturday afternoon and was told 45 minutes to pick up a pie and an hour for a delivery 2 minutes away from the restaurant. Girl that took my call did not know what she was doing. I asked to speak to a manager turns out he was another employee that was not helpful. Then I asked to speak to the owner Frank but he was very crass, indifferent, and standoffish and he hung up on me. Exactly the opposite of what an owner is supposed to do. My coworkers and I work very close to Evoli but we will NOT be ordering from here again. They need to step it up especially with the volume of people Hackensack will be seeing in the coming years if they want to survive.
The manager/owner of this store is nasty and unprofessional. I wanted a refund and got yelled at strictly because I asked for a manager. Guess what the manager was the one doing the yelling. I never in my life experienced that from a manager from a store. Probably from one of the workers not the manager. Hackensack doesn't deserve this energy.
We added pepperoni on Margarita pizza.It was very delicious. Nice pizza with reasonable price! My husbie said he once added all toppings and it was awesome too. We will try that way again next time.

Catered lunch to our office and it was amazing. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Extra sauces were given for the pasta and chicken franchese, but not needed. Perfect amounts and trays were plentifully filled.Order already in for holiday party.
We placed a order of 2 chicken franchise. Complete dried no sauce at not even plain butter. Very disappointed
Needed a place close to work to order from. Googled and found Evoli. I asked for a 5pm delivery and they were right on time. Pizza is delicious and just chewy enough. Everyone at work was impressed. We'll be ordering from them again!
Clean place and friendly staff. Ordered the old fashioned pie a few days ago and it was great!
