We had issues waiting on a long line a the drive through...An employee was taking orders outside,And they couldn't handle the volumeI would have left but they swiped my card with the order.Absolutely ridiculousWon't happen again....

The service is decent. But the front cashier needs to watch his foul language while on the job. Very unprofessional!

Always something wrong at this location - either the card reader is down, they’re out of several kinds of donuts, or one time they even said they “weren’t serving food at this time” - it was still daytime out. Avoid if possible and just go to one of the other nearby ones instead.

I asked for a small coffee around which I guess was closing time, to only see the young woman coughing in my drink without covering her mouth

Very bad service and very rude staffI ask for a ice coffee with cream but she said she can make with milk only she cannot give me with cream because cream is expensive, I always take with cream from other Dunkin’

Why is it that u get there at 8:55 pm and u can t order a hot latte because they wanna clean the latte machine hour earlier.

Drive through was quick. Employee was friendly. Coffee and donut were good.

Horrible! Terrible! Unprofessional employees!!! 90% of the time these rude employees leave up to five customers waiting on line inside this Dunkin Donuts while they are frantically trying filling orders for the line of cars outside, or for pick ups. When I tell them people are waiting online the get snotty and say that it's the owners fault for not hiring enough staff! These employees are the worst!!!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT ANY DUNKIN DONUTS I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!!

after waiting for a little over 5 mins at the order speaker I decided to pull up to the window where I was greeted with a " Did you order?" I told them that I had waited at the speaker and they said "Well you were suppose to wait" Went on to tell me that she didn't have the speaker over her ear, and couldn't hear me. Rudely closed the drive thru window in my face. After asking her and fellow coworkers her name they all stated that they don't give names out. I also asked for the managers name and they still insisted that they didn't' give names out. While I was talking to my friend on the phone the employees said " why do you have an attitude?" I said to her the responsible thing to do is ask me to wait a minute, not leave me there. Untrained employees should not be working one on one with customers.
