This place is horrible ?I walk in very happy to get my coffe but the staff is disgusting, fist the Indian lady working there today I don’t know if she doesn’t know how to read or she can listen well but she gave me my whole order wrong , and the old Spanish lady has a actitud and cursing in Spanish (y solo esta ahí para tostar los panes ) and she can’t even do that ? I feel sorry for her been old like that and miserable toasting bread and bagels what an easy job and she can’t even do that with love 0 stars for this place horrible service
It's dunkin. So you already love it. Be careful though they sometime het your order a little off.
Nearest Dunkin to be. Very reliable. I always order ahead, and most of the time it's ready to go. Service is much quicker vs. the Drive Thru location on River Road.
I don't know how many of you notice but I do being a coffee addict but every Dunkin Donuts obviously are different owners and everyone makes stuff different this particular Dunkin Donuts every drink I've had made was amazing on point and I've never been disappointed and the staff here is very friendly compared to the other Dunkin Donuts in the area I will make a trip across my city 2 come to this particular location. Only thing that could be a little Annoying is the parking it's in a weird spot but I do recommend trying this location. This location also has the Baskin-Robbins inside
Honestly I love going here because it’s close by and I get to grab breakfast quickly or even when I want a donut or ice cream it’s all right here
The worst Dunkin donuts I Ask for 4 glade donuts After I pay for the donuts She said oops we don't have no more She said we have mate glade donuts in 4 days I asked for refund She said oops I do not know how to do reference What is she doing working here maybe she should be doing dishes instead of working at the cash register November 5th at 7:42 PM Management should pay more attention to the workers. I waited 45 minutes and I had to leave without a refund thank you Dunkin.

Staff at Washingtonville store is always the best
Had me waiting in my car for 20 minutes... Never came out for CURBSIDE PICKUP. Then they took care of everyone else who had been waiting LESS time. THEN thru gave me grief because THEY ran out of Vitamin Water. THEN she closed the bag even though it's MY food AND coffee leaked all over the bag. Terrible experience.
