Three orders, 3 different bad experiences. One thing's consistent: this location skimps on dough in handmade pizzas. Today I placed an order online, and it's sitting on "Prep" in Pizza Tracker an hour and a half later.A year later update: 4th experience, driver refused to complete contactless delivery until i tipped him cash. Can't make this up.
Made a simple order an hour and a half ago for 5 minute drive delivery. Stayed on "Checking for Quality" for more than half that time just to get to the restaurant and find it completely empty, no work being done nor any other customers. Had to yell at the back just to have the cashier come out and lie to us about it arriving at our door. Got a refund, but overall seems like the store location and its' employees really don't care about their customers or reputation
Don’t order from this place. I placed and order and received confirmation that it would arrive in “12-20 minutes”. After over an hour of the tracking status saying that Javaughn was quality checking my order, I called to check in. I was told that there is only one driver. I asked if I’m going to receive cold food and was told no because it’s been sitting on a warming rack (for the past hour). Then I was rudely told, “you expect it to be quick when we have only one driver.” I explained that I expect that if I’m told 20 minutes and they know they have staffing issues and that make that impossible, the courteous thing to do would be to notify the customer. I called right back and asked for a refund and was told the pizza had left already. Physically impossible since I had just been on the phone with them and told they were still waiting on the next shift driver. The lack of customer service here is unbelievable. I only wish I could rate them as 0 stars.
Not like my review will make a difference. Just look at all the other ones. Dominos can usually be pretty good. But this location....just close it. owner and/or managers should just go pump gas for a living. Will be a better use to the Hackensack neighborhood. Unbelievably disgusting food AND service.
Would like a refund my pasta was all the way at the bottom tastes horrible!!
This location is an absolute disaster and corporate should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this location to stay open in spite of the barrage of poor reviews.I had a large order which I placed over the phone. Because the order was large, I wrote it out so that I could read it out loud and ensure accuracy when ordering. After I read my order out loud to the person on the phone, he insisted he should read it back to me to ensure he got the order correct. He read the order back to me and I explained to him that he did not have it correct. He then got angry, and told me that I told him the wrong order initially. When I explained that I repeated the order correctly because I read it verbatim off a piece of paper, he hung up on me. This person then refused to answer when I called the store back.Upon reading other reviews, it is clear that this location is an absolute mess and should not still be in business. It obvious that this franchise takes no pride in delivering customer service or decent food. Corporate needs to shut this location down and conduct an investigate ASAP.
I have ordered from this location on numerous occasions for a long time. I have had both pick up and delivery orders. Today, my delivery order was incorrect and it wasn't until my daughter asked me why we had cheese pizza instead of pepperoni that I realized they sent the wrong pie. When I called the store I was asked to take a photo of the pizza and send it to the manager. That's fine I did that. Since my daughter, who was unaware that the order was incorrect ate two slices the manager offered me a medium pepperoni instead of the large extra pepperoni that I paid for. I was told that had we not already started eating from the pie, they would have done an exchange. What are you going to do with the incorrect pie, give it to another customer? None of what he was offering made sense. Your team made a mistake so honor the pie i paid for. After going back and forth about obtaining what I paid for I was offered a refund but told I would have to come to the shop to get my refund. Mind you my order that I paid for was a delivery. My husband then spoke to this young manager, who clearly was not taught customer service, and after several holds and back and forth, the manager finally told my husband that they were bringing our replacement pie that we paid for. Having worked in a customer based industry, I was appalled by the terrible customer service and clearly low ratings as I now see here on yelp mean that I am not the only unsatisfied customer. I will NOT be ordering from there again.
We were ready to have dinner. But the problem was we got pasta sauce, with no pasta nor sausage for our Italian Sausage Marinara. There goes dinner lol. But seriously, today there was one person doing a lot of orders. I don’t blame the worker because she was overloaded with doing pizzas with a big line at the store. The company should get more workers or they are going to lose customers like me!
This is the worst order I’ve Ever received from dominos. They forgot my garlic parm twists. The one they did send are not even made right. The cheese dip is all over cooked and clumpy and did come with the parm twists. Very unsatisfied. I’ll never order from here again
Absolutely terrible service. My disabled mother placed an order for delivery but they canceled her order because she only had a $50 bill. They said they didn’t have change and it wasn’t their problem. This is discrimination against a disabled person it’s not her fault. I will be writing to the department of disability she feels discriminated against. Do better DOMINOS at 337 Main st in Hackensack.
