They helped me out when I passed out on the seat while getting my order, I never got my order but I know the food is good because I usually go to the one in Teterboro
The burrito was extremely salty and disgusting. They need to have older cooks not these young teens they don’t know how to cook. Displeased.
Can't say enough about how terribly run this chipotle is. Rude staff, dirty, and food quality is poor. Gave it 3 different chances and all the same experience. Don't go to this location
Amazing place, the food there is great. The staff was a little slow but not really a problem if your order online. It is well maintained for the most part. Would recommend.
Ordered a chicken bowl. They gave me half a scoop of chicken because they didn’t want to wait to make more protein for the lunch rush. When I asked for hot sauce the girl said “we don’t have any hot sauce” when they had two full containers over by the take out station. She just didn’t want to walk 5 feet to give me what I asked for. The person behind me asked for a quesadilla and they told him “we don’t make quesadillas unless you order online”. That is an INSANE thing to say to your paying customers. I gave it 2 stars because I’ve been here twice and the first time wasn’t that bad.
Pulled these pieces out from my mouth while chewing the rice. Not sure if the part of gloves or some packagings. But definitely not part of food. It’s very elastic. It might be a unintentional accident but this should not happen anymore. It will cause a harm to customers body if we swallowed it.
I have never….. ever experience customer service like the one at this location. It was awful. You could tell the people serving the food at the front were pretty nervous or something? I ordered a burrito bowl and every scoop seemed to be micromanaged by the person in the back of the store. The rice scoop was like half empty, and they put literally two drops of sour cream. When I asked for veggies, they scooped literally four individual onion slices. I watched the lady scoop each one SINGULARLY. When I asked for guac, which I pay extra for, the guy who poured it scooped a half spoon, dropped half of the half and then put THAT on my bowl??? I was confused. I even had to ask for extra lettuce because it was like literally 4 romaine lettuce shreds. I’m not exaggerating. Someone has to figure out what kind of stuff they have going on here because I’ve never seen any restaurant this visibly stingy.
My wife went to pick up dinner at the restaurant. I asked her to get me a keto salad bowl. The employee threw down some lettuce and a spoon of chicken and said that was it. My wife said she thought there should be other things in it but the employee insisted that was it. She drove home with our meals. So, for $11.50 I got a half full container that had no cheese, no pico and no guacamole. The kid could have looked at it on the menu and seen he was missing half the items but my wife said he was being urged to go on break so I guess it didn't matter. I usually love the food but this was a terrible experience.
I ordered 2 burrito bowls and 1 chips and queso online. I did not get the chips, which I paid for. also the burrito bowls were extremely salty, way saltier than usual. the workers seemed distressed at how overloaded the place was, and I even saw one of them argue with a customer. I gave 2 stars only because they offered me a bogo + a free chips and queso after I complained. otherwise I would have given a one star.
Very bad customer service. We reached at 7pm. When we were ordering food there was chicken. All sudden one of the employe pull chicken tray, and we don't have any chicken. It's only for online order. They have another section for online order. Still they were doing this.
