Wow I placed a super last minute ice cream cake order, and it came out exactly how I hoped. Very fast and on time, tasted delicious, and whoever the artist is I give her 100 stars. I asked for a drawing of the Jurassic world logo and it looked even better than the picture I sent. She was able to put little chocolate rocks and dinosaur toy toppers, my son was very very happy with his cake :) I had no idea what to expect but I’m so glad I came here. Thank you so much for being able to accommodate my order last minute! Amazing job!
Customer service is key! Walked in with my boyfriend yesterday (Monday, 7/11/22 at around 9:45PM) although it was busy, we were immediately attended & left right away. They were well staffed & worked together as a team. Oh, & the ice cream? Fresh & delicious (: (chocolate volcano with hot fudge & an Oreo shake) !
Just as good as when I was a kid, but a lot more expensive. In this case, you get what you pay for and you will not be disappointed. I thought about rating as a 4-star because of the prices, but the taste... Five stars.

A pretty good selection of ice cream. The ice cream itself is a tad bit on the sweeter side but the waffle cones were good. The place feels a bit dated so they should refresh the interior. Otherwise I do recommend going there.

Extremely disappointed with the cake I ordered. I asked for it to look like a football field and the color was really off. It was a light puke green color instead of grass green. Did this person not ever see a football field before? Google it!!! The name was not outlined in the blue color I requested. Nor was the medium sheet cake on a large base with the Happy birthday written on it like I asked for. It seemed like a rush job with almost nothing I wanted on it. The only thing they got right was the logo (probably because I was getting charged extra for it). I have gotten cakes from here before, but this is the first time they've done a terrible job. Just overall displeased with everything.

Nice Carvel location. Staff was quick and helpful. Service was kind and courteous. The ice cream was good! Only downside to this location is parking. It’s a tight parking lot, with lots of other business, sometimes hard to get parking.
This place is amazing and ice cream is great. They are by far the best around. Rich S
