I was in line at their drive thru for over 30 mins and there were only 6 cars in front of me. This has happened in more than one occasion. Definitely the slowest drive thru and to make matters worse the food was cold
By far the most disgusting fast food venue I've ever stepped foot into. Nothing looked clean even the food smelt weird and the chicken patty had a hollow center. This place needs new Management, I've stopped here before and felt the same way which is why I'm leaving this review today.
It's a burger King. Good burgers and friendly manager. He understands the bk motto, have it your way unlike the one I went to in bergenfield. Will definitely go back.

Do not order through the window! As you speak and place your order, the BK Rep says, “will that be all?” They do not allow you to finish speaking without constantly repeating “Will that be all” you feel rushed to finish. There had not been one time that I have ordered and they get it right. My husband is allergic to cheese, I ask for one whopper with no cheese, either all 3 have cheese, or all three have no cheese. Who runs this place?
FIrst off.. took 5 min to order. Second, my order came with no cheese which I ALWAYS order. Three, the Manager seemed to literally be working the store by himself. I saw NO other employees. When I questioned the cheese he said I didn't order it (with a I right, you're wrong attitude). In the future I'll just go 2 towns over... I can't deal with the unprofessionalism. Oh.... and the landscape around the store looks like it hasn't been cared for al least 2 months. The owner of this franchise just needs to shut it down.... it's headed that way anyway.
it’s not even busy and only one car ahead of me and still mess up my order, told them clearly no vegetables on my whopper melt and gave me bunch of onions on my Patties and so disappointed on their fish sandwich it’s over cooked and taste old, this place needs employee training seriously.
I came to this BK once and it seemed that the drive thru order taker was having a bad day or something. She didn't have the basic manners of saying something like: May I take your order?, neither she let me know my total nor she said thank you at all, like she didn't want to speak LOL
Food is good, but the drive thru is very slow. I suspect they hold you at the speaker for a long time before taking your order to make their numbers look good for time it takes you to order to get to the window. I'm not quite sure how that works, but almost every time I'm there it's busy and when you round the corner to go to the window after ordering there are no cars in front of you at all, despite there being plenty of room.
This is the dirtiest Burger King I've been to. The service sucks. It's like you're bothering them. I don't see myself ever going back. It's a shame because I used to love it there back in the day.
