I tried to order over $40 of food for delivery while it was still within the lunch time window. The app was not very good for this, so I switched to the web site. I finally got an order added (still within lunch time) and at the very end, there are delivery time slots you have to pick from. It told me there are none left today.After all that work you tell me I can't get my food today? It says right on the page that Bonchon fulfills delivery with GrubHub, so why does it matter? And why do this after I put in my order? If you weren't going to take my delivery order, just say so at the beginning. The food is very good, but this experience feels very hostile.Disappointed, frustrated and still hungry.
Loved the chicken, it was very fresh and crispy. I like the sweet chili chicken but I recommend the chicken katsu (photo). When you enter the restaurant, everything was very clean and the workers did a great job sanitizing the area. Customer service here is very good. I recommend this place for people who are interested in Korean chicken!

It always make me happy when I pick up my foods and eat at home brought from bonchon hackensack. The cashiers are professional and friendly, and they are already ready for the superbowl sunday! I’m planning to have a party and I’m definitely gonna order at Bonchon Hackensack. Strongly recommended when you are looking for something different. U’ll never regret!
Chicken strips are not freshly made in store. Since the taste was so generic and taste like frozen chicken fingers that I get from stores, I had to call and find out. I am disappointed to receive frozen products just being fried and served. It’s not worth ordering.
The food is ridiculously GOOD. I highly recommend the Korean spicy tacos and taro bubble tea. At this point me and my boyfriend are regulars lol here and there. The service is also very nice, super helpful.
I recently ordered 100 wings for a 20 person party. And I had to ask for plates and napkins which I just assumed would come with such a larger order. Boy was I so wrong. While I asked for plates and napkins when I was in store ---the manager repeated my question so I took as rhetorical and simply left. It was almost like how dare I ask for plates and napkins after ordering 100 wings. The food is decent but the customer service could be so much better. Also, although it says their opened until 9 PM, they close the kitchen at 8:30 PM and stop taking orders so don't be fooled, be sure to get your order in atleast 1 hour before closing or you'll be disappointed. Not a bad price for 100 wings $$ so I'll label them affordable. Give this place a try but lower your expectations as far as customer service.
It was the best chicken I've ever eaten, The people were very kind, I'm going to eat here again, And it was so nice to receive food quickly.It was fantastic.
Had a great lunch on Monday. the strips were crispy and well marinated. The price for lunch special was reasonable with generous side options. the gentlemen working at the counter were very pleasing and explained the menu with patient. Will definitely revisit soon with my family.
Took my friend here for the first time. Coz I wanted her to try korean fried chicken and she loved it that she came back again for her family to try it! Plus the workers are very friendly!
